Man, I remember in the early 90s when girls first starting doing the 3twist... no one could get it around but seems like now everyone gets it around with ease. My favorite passes are the double double and the Arabian with a half twist. EPIC!

the reason for the double layout punch front is because the gymnasts are incapable of the required power and height for the skill, therefore under rotating and automatically punch forward so its smarter to have the front tuck instead of the almost fall deduction.
