  • sooo fucking cool, mad respect to you all.

  • Feel kinda high up

  • dayum these people are badasses, there green berets

  • @airliner20 Call of Duty Wannabe Slob, if you would actually watch the video and notice the long tab on their left shoulder, you would see that they have rightfully earned their place among the "green berets." Two, a "static-line" jump isn't for noobs or trainees. The 82nd, an element of the 25th, 173rd, and other various units are considered Airborne and still use the "yellow belt" to perform mass unit jumps. I doubt a MSG with 20 years in with the 82nd is considered a "noob." Get bent.

  • @airliner20 If you look on the video at 1:37 you can see they have earned the SF tab. Thank you for your comment.

  • @USMilitaryVideos so you say " better known to people like you as green berets" to a random guy, but you don't belong to the us military... so let me get it straight, "people like you" means civilian people, you don't belong to the us military.... then what the fck are you? E.T or something....?

Kids nowadays talk like if they were something big, but the only thing they are good at is talking trash on internet and whine to their parents.... sigh.....

  • bonus effercio fratrem

  • @USMilitaryVideos Sorry for asking what's probably a stupid question, but if you wear glasses can you still join SF? Or the Rangers? I couldn't find a straight answer anywhere else.

  • @Chicoski99 yes as long as you have 20/20 corrected vision. meaning you can see with glasses.

  • @awol52 Thanks for the info

  • @Chicoski99 As long as you aren't determined "legally blind" by a doctor, you can join whatever service you want. The military provides prescriptions for eyewear in all elements of service. I have several friends who went through the Ranger course wearing glasses, or the army's version, known as BCGs.

  • is that in bragg?

  • @yamaharossi Yes, if I am not mistaken.

  • hey this aint afghanistan. hey, anywheres better then there. thanks for your service and stay safe.

  • Hey Airborne!

  • This is what I'm going to be doing in a couple years, I'm going to be joining the Army Special Forces

  • @WhisperWind38 That's what you think at least, ha hahaha. Good luck buddy.

  • now if I saw these 6 guys landing anywhere near me, I know shit is about to hit the fan

  • I wanna do this, just so I could get rid of my little fear of heights. Then if I ever do this again, everyone else would be scared and I'll just look to the ground and be like "I GOTTA BONER!"

  • If I want to die doing anything, it would be protecting my country that I love. God bless(ed) the USA!

  • The trooper at the door--first out--looks like a CWO I served with in the 11th SFGP back in the 80s. Can you identify him for me please?

I made a bunch of jumps from similar birds. I appreciate you posting this.

    AIRBORNE all the way!

  • What Unit is this?

  • hahahaha he laughed at the end lol :) that was awesome jumping

  • looking at the rooftops, this looks like it could be germany?

  • @trentinium any MOS can go to airborne school, you just have to get it in your enlistment contract or volunteer at basic. but your best bet is in the contract. i want to be a cav scout too :)

  • @USMilitaryVideos ahh berets good men cool

  • this is what i want to do im olny 13 but i could keep up with half of what u guys do i love having bb wars i win alot

  • @KINGoth2 kinda not true kid. im 16 and i know alot of kids that think they can do in sf ... you gotta learn alot about the special ops. when u get into high school go to one where it has like a JROTC or some military they will open up opportunities for you.. doing bb wars isnt even half of it... combat isnt even half of it. take my advice you dont know half of what they do. neither do i but im trying :)

  • @PolishGROM389 dude i do my uncle is navy seal hes done all of this its fucking crazy what they do

  • @KINGoth2 tell your uncle he's a brave man. SEALs are'nt easy to join and i want to be one when i grow up.

  • @PolishGROM389 he siad if u do want to be one start swimming and running alot and learn to hold your breath for atleast 2mins be emotional strong he had to rise a goat and give it a name and play with the goat then he had to kill it and play paint ball and have bb wars and dont use a good gun that way your out gun its fun haha if you want me to ask him some thing for u i will

  • @KINGoth2 nly the strong willed can make it as from i heard right?

  • @PolishGROM389 yerp and u have u to be strong and brave and lil crazy haha

  • Respond to this video...

i told him he said not brave just a man doing what he love

  • @KINGoth2 tell your uncle he's a brave man. SEALs are'nt easy to join and i want to be one when i grow up.

  • is this part of the training...?

  • I love how the guy lands and all he says is "heh heh". I would have shit myself at least 38 times just on the helicopter.

  • im looking forawrd to basic training

  • kind of off topic, but i've been unable to find information on this anywhere- Do Cav Scouts jump out of choppers or planes or anything? I know that they are mainly mechanized but occasionally they do go on foot.

  • I kinda want to become a soldier

    i want to help

  • lol 1:10 ooohhhh yeah

  • my palms were sweating after i watched this.

  • wacht out for Jaw he's comin at ya

  • even i get nervous. i wet my pants

  • at 1:37 that guy who smiled made me laugh so hard xD

  • I know that DZ... Monshiem. Jumpmastered a few there myself......

  • does all army sf have to do halo jumps?

  • @DjMidnightMix Of course that what makes them SF.

  • @USMilitaryVideos cuz my cuzin was in sf and he didnt have to do a halo jump and he was airborn he just did regular jumps not halo jumps so are u sure u do?

  • @USMilitaryVideos There are different types of teams. Not every SF operator is on a HALO team, they may get SCUBA or mountain warfare, ect... But every SF operator is airborne qualified.

  • @USMilitaryVideos

I'm pretty sure that's wrong. You don't have to qualify as a HALO jumper to be a Green Beret.

  • @USMilitaryVideos

You are an idiot. No not all SF are Halo qualified. Those are specific teams and other individuals can go to the school.

  • @oddworldoddworld , Hey man really?! U really think that? Thats part of Special Forces man

  • @TDDrumcoveR

Well being that I am part of this community I can assure you that there is only 1 team in each company that is a Halo team. Others may of went to MFF, but not everyone has to be/ or gets the chance to go Halo. Here's one for you, just be a rigger in SOF. They all get to go to Halo, Pathfinder, and Air Assualt any time they want to.

  • Comment removed

  • @USMilitaryVideos no, all sf are static line jumpers or airborne qualified. some get halo qualified.

  • @DjMidnightMix There are different types of teams. Not every SF operator is on a HALO team, they may get SCUBA or mountain warfare, ect... But every SF operator is airborne qualified.

  • @DjMidnightMix this isnt a halo jumo...this is laho jump...and yeah....y? u afraid? ;P

  • @DjMidnightMix halo is not included in the training to become a special forces soldier. but you can and are encouraged to apply to halo and many other schools after you are qualified as sf.

  • @DjMidnightMix these arent halo jumps this is a static line jump

  • @DjMidnightMix have to???? sky diving is a blast!

  • @DjMidnightMix

no but you can go through a halo course as an elective and if youre MOS is a weapon sergant than you have do freefall (and i think Halo)

but antway if you do want to be in sf or any part of the military good luck
