You can fry fish in olive oil, just don't add the breading. Pan fry is just like it is.

I have a question about fish. I usually bake fish with olive oil but I wanted to fry it once to show my son how wonderful it is. My parents made it that way and it was so delicious. I tried it but used olive oil which I'm pretty sure my parents didn't. My fish breaded and fried in Olive Oil turned out soggy. I was so disappointed. Is fish just not good fried in Olive Oil? Does the pan one uses make a difference? If anyone can help I would appreciate it very much! Thanks! *)*

God i love olive oil, and coming from the mediterranean, i gotta say- ppl put olive oil on everything- and it always tastes good
