My son plays hockey & I was thinking about taking up this hobby & eventually customize the players on his team & give them as gifts.However, I wouldn't know where to begin. How do you get started doing this? Are their any instructional videos or books on this?

WoW ur really good at painting figures u should try to start ur own Company or something or sell them and make some money i will buy a tennis one there really good and the detail of the football players were really good especially the grass stains Nice paintings

how did you make the rackets for the tennis players?

I purchased the rackets from barbies and brats dolls and then painted over them.

Depends on the individual figure - the players usually move at the wrists, head, and sometimes the arms. The goalies legs can be repositioned - as for football and baseball they usually only move at the head and maybe an arm, not the legs on many. I did the tennis figures from basketball figures.
