I am so impressed w/ how patient you were. I always blast my babies out, even when I ask the mw not to let me do that, she still doesn't instruct me how not to do that. Awesome birth!
That was beautiful! I love how much your assistance (midwives?) were hands off. That's my personal preference. I caught my first waterbirth baby and loved it!! Oh how wonderful for you!!
wow i am actually watching this trying to get some good hormones flowing as my due date is 3 days away. i am having my first home birth 2nd child i pray i am able to keep as cool and collected as you <3 you make it look like a walk in the park :)
@jstallings1337 All mama bellies are perfect, regardless of stretch marks. They are simply badges of honor of the incredible thing your body has accomplished :-)
this is by far one of the most amazing and calm births ever. I loved how when the baby came out you held it on your chest and just layed content so precious. =)
This is the most beautiful birth ever. I work as a labor doula and have seen a ton of births but the is one of the most touching moments I have witness,
You were amazing! Is that a bathing suit cover (bottom) or was that an acutal bathing suit that you had to cut...lol That's a great idea and I hope I can find something like that when I give birth this summer :)
amazing! thanks for sharing this. you're such an inspiration. i love how you were so eager for your older daughter to see the birth and be involved. congratulations on an amazing birth and a beautiful family.
WOW!!!!! I will be trying to have a natural birth this summer! I hope and pray I can be as calm as you! Great job! Does the water make a huge difference? I am up in the air about having a water birth.
Thank you so much. And congrats. You're breaking boundaries for young women to get back to the basics, and to have a momentous, spiritual experience of birth. I have yet to experience it but I thank you from the bottom of my heart. All my best wishes.
What is the difference with waterbirth and "hospitalized" birth?

02:03 was my favorite part---where you and your hubs are laying/sitting head to head. The obvious connection between the two of you is lovely.

@smexycherrygirl56 this is normal childbirth love. The medical circus surrounding most births is definitely not "normal". Common yes, but not normal.

is this better than normal childbirth

emmiela2105 1 year ago
@emmiela2105 This is my only video. The other births were almost the same. Not quite as calm, but close. All 3 were waterbirths. Glad you enjoyed it!
