You need to watch meet your vegetables the farming industry is truly disgusting and inhumane they raise poor defenseless vegetables just to be ripped apart while still alive then eaten or worn as clothing truly sick. Plants are gods creations as well & deserve the same rights/freedoms that people have who are you to say youre more important/better than a tomato?

my sister is vegan & she buys rice cheese, although she has told me that none of the cheese substitutes taste all that good. if your worried about protein, google 'protein for vegans' & im sure you'll find plenty of protein sources =]
