I'm not Ateyaaa but your hair sound like it is over processed. Space your relaxers out don't use them so often. Another good way to thicken it is to not use heat for a while that will also reduce on breakage. Find a good shampoo and condition best fit for you. Hope this is helpful it won't happen over night but you have to develope a healthy hair routine. God Bless You!!!!!!

Girl, I feel you! I had been using Dr. Miracal for the longest too cuz I got a bad relaxer bout 10 months ago and all my hair broke and fell out :( But even though the stuff was tingling like it said it would, I didn't see any improvements, my hair jus seemed to get more dry and break more easily. My edges grew a lil bit but that was it. I switched to Aphogee recently and I'm doing a protein/ moisturizing alternating treatment every week and the results so far are good. Ima give it 6 months...

the nu gro is just to help her with the thinning that she's been experiencing, if you bought the Aphogee, then don't feel the need to buy nu-gro, it was just something she wanted to try out.

ATEYA... DO NOT DO LAYERS ON YOUR HAIR PLEASE!!! That would be a BIG mistake because you are so right they are very hard to grow out and can be so annoying to curl smoothly once you want to grow them out. Take it from me..I tried layers a zillion times and it was a mistake everytime. Keep all your hair the same length as possible with no layers. Ateya, I suggest getting layers only after you have reached the desired length of your hair and you plan to leave it at the length and only get trims. Other than that dont do em because it is an awful process to grow them out...
