  • Very good interview...it answered some questions I've pondered. Too bad Lee couldn't have done one of his own songs for a coronation song...he certainly would have "connected" with it. Totally agree with the poster that recommended Slumberland....great CD! Love So I'm Told, too :)

  • Thanks for this honest interview (both parts). It's too bad Idol didn't embrace the indie singer/songwriter that Lee really was, rather than trying to make a rocker out of him. The show and the artist would both have been served better by letting Lee just be Lee! I hope he can get back to his own style on his second major label record. YouTubers, if you haven't listened to Slumberland, Lee's second pre-idol CD, it's brilliant and representative of the artist that Lee truly is.
