  • Fascinating. I was 15 and just left school, it’s noticeably very black and white, and it was a very black and white world.

    I purchased a pair of bright blue socks with my first pay packet to wear with my ice hockey skates, and I stood out like beam of light.

    Of course no black people, the western world regarded them as of no importance, and the only country from Asia or Africa, is Japan wishing Happy Christmas.

    Despite our economic woes, I prefer the here and now.
