Here in UK we have iams and I know that when our cat was given the dry biscuit version she seemed to change personality, so we stopped buying it and we are still not convinced she is 100% back to her old self, she seemed to get aggressive, so watch out with the dry food also. soory about all the deaths of cats on this food
my baby girl MC is a Menu Foods survivor, she only made it thanks to her great love for us, our great love for her, her amazing holistic vet who treated with fluids and homeopathy to flush out and strengthen her kidneys, many prayers and the grace of God...It's now 3 years since our girl got sick and her kidney function has been completely normal for 2 1/2 years now. My heart goes out to pet parents who weren't so lucky - 3000$ in vet bills was well worth it for us but we're still paying it off!

I wish I had better news. Buster lost his battle on July 27th right in my arms. I am devastated that I have lost my buddy! I am at peace because I know in my heart I did absolutely EVERYTHING to keep him comfortable. I'm told that anyone else who had to do what I did to help him, wouldn't have. He had more baths in the past 5 months that he did in his whole life because he would pee on himself. He slept in a warm waterbed at night, ate nice warm meals and was hugged and kissed constantly!

I have been cooking for my dog for a while now, and its great! (smile)
Now I know my Timber is getting a safe nutritious meal, and he just LOVES my cooking! LOL
I make enough for two weeks at a time, and I believe I save money doing it that way, and its fun. (grin)

I still watch this video! It's just so wonderful! Buster is doing ok, but I havce seen a little bit of a decline in his health over the past week.

We weren't effected but we are proud parents of 2 dogs and 8 cats. I can't imagine what these families are going through.

Now I just got to work on paying for my almost 16,000 vet bill and try to get reimbursed. I am so happy and grateful that these animals survived!
