  • It's maby 17 years ago when I played this band like DJ.And is still COOL and I like it.M

  • Somehow this song brings back my childhood

  • This song was dedicated to Eric Carr of KISS. He was great friends with Slaughter.

  • this fav song..slow rock....

  • Hey Braxton. I live a dangerous life and have 2 nieces who I love and appreciate. I'm sorry you didn't get to have one of us. I love this genre and re trace my routes often. From an Uncle, thanks for the post and I hope to be in their lives for many years to come.

    Peace, love and harmony.

  • @169Morrison Thank you! I would love to have an Uncle like you still! Your nieces are lucky!

  • Its an awesome song, awesome era of rock.. stick to your guns BraxtonNichole! Be true to yourself

  • Im 17 and I love classic rock. Its sucks that all the good bands and good life was when my dad and mom were growin up. Now music isn't music its just noise it doesn't mean anything to alot of people now a days.

  • @xXxGrube1 Classic rock... wow. I guess it is, but I just turned 40 and this stuff still sounds as fresh as when it was new 20 years ago. Classic rock was Zeppelin, early Aerosmith, Hendrix, etc...

  • I wish I was born in the 60's or the 70's ! That was the time when music was actually music !

    Long live Rock 'n' Roll ! \m/

  • @EricMartinIloveYou I agree with you and I was born in the 70's!

  • NS Hrasar yea so, true so,i's also born in the 70's now a days people dont know good music as a forteen year old im proud o you. I see so many kids who dont know music. hell ive talked about ozzy and they say ozzy who? I try and explain about good music slayer, slaughter, cryptic slaughter and they give me the queerest looks man it so sad what they call music.

  • I heard this song was dedicated to KISS' Eric Carr, who passed away on November 24, 1991

    is this true or not?

  • this makes me think of all of my Highschool friendz how we all lost track but in the end found eachother!!

  • i realy like this song since i was a child..

  • Al this music was when music was from the heart and soul, not about stupid cars , bling, and about how many women you have slept with...

  • Wow! truly a great song! :)

  • GREAT SONG!!!!

  • miss 80's yeah it day gone by

  • Its all about the hair metal days. Skid row !!!!

hopefully rock and metal will be mainstream again so all this fucking hip hop beiber gagga crap will be toilet water and mtv will be reborn again.

  • @Danielboulder1 RIGHT ON! live long party hard and die with a smile on your face, words to live by! beiber, gaga, new kids, licoln park, KKP, slipnot... that aint music

in the words of Ozzy Ozborne, WHAT!!!!

  • I was 17 years old when Slaughter released the album. Watching this really takes me back to that time.

  • @gbluesblues same here:)

  • what memories come to mind with this song..I'll just keep those thoughts to myself

  • Its sad that kids these days dont know the true meaning of rock.I was Born in 87 and listen to the old school rock when it was real.now you got all these stupid new artist thinking they are rock.really stupid.and the young ones All they think of bob marley is the guy that on the shirt and smokes weed.really?

  • F'in awesome! I love this band always. I was @ the serchin video filming @ the dragonfly! So cool. This son is a fav.

  • Wow...Beautiful song...Very sincere lyrics...Slaughter Rocks !!

  • Man, I love some 80's and early 90's music....The damn best!!!!! Rock on!!!!

  • Great Video Great Song Great Band

  • 31 ppl doesnt know wat true music is..

  • @BraxtonNichole Don't worry, there are tonnes of others out there like you and I. This sort of music WILL come back, it's just a matter of time :) In the mean time,we need to spread it around!

  • @MissZepp Haha I hope so! I try to spread it around but people look at me like I'm a freak! Like the way I look and dress no one ever believes I like this stuff and they look at me funny when I have pictures of all these guys on my binders. I'm glad I have these bands to listen to & just forget about everything! :)

  • Every time I play Slaughter with my dad he always starts to talk about how him and his brother used to love them. It's sad because my Uncle Kevin died in a car crash before I was born. It makes me sad because me and him would've gotten along great. I wish he was still alive so me & him could just sit around and listen to Slaughter, Ratt, Motley Crue, and all of the other great hair metal bands. It sucks because I'm the only fourteen year old girl that likes this stuff. I hate music these days.

  • @BraxtonNichole

No need to be sad, that just mean that you have great taste of music unlike bieliber

  • Comment removed

  • @Ronarudo25 I know, I'm more sad because my Uncle isn't here, I would've loved listening to this with him and hearing about the 80's (I know Slaughter was the 90's) but I'm glad I found all of my dads old CD's. I wouldn't even listen to music if I didn't find them. As soon as I played Dancing Undercover I fell in love with the 80's. Todays music, is the reason I always have my headphones in.

  • @BraxtonNichole im 15 and i wish there are lot of girls like you.......... \m/ >_< \m/

  • @BraxtonNichole Nah I used to LOVE this stuff when I was 14, you are not alone ;) And I am so sorry for your loss ..

  • @BraxtonNichole

wow i wish chicks like you lived in my area :(. i'm 15 yr old guy that loves hair metal and all the chicks reject my music because it's not hip.

  • @BraxtonNichole

sad for your uncle :-(....great that you are love this kind of music...we are hold the candle up :-) rock on

  • @BraxtonNichole i wish there were more girls like you

  • @BraxtonNichole I hear you sis ;)

  • Everyone loves the classics! Whether they'll admit it or not.

  • Lara lara ♪ ♥

  • @shazzbutt2009 Yes...it is great song, and thank god i still have Wild Life cassette and shirt as well, its a piece of good memories of rock scene.

  • Dude... this song is from the 90s.

  • awesome song...and vocals..always loved this band....long

    live Slaughter !

  • these guys have long hair!!!!

  • how can anyone not like 80's music that the best yes i am from the 80's 1980 to be exact not that anyone really cares lol

  • great song, great band, great decade. The 70s,80s,90s, and some 2000s rock music is awsome and anyone who doesnt agree with me doesnt know what real music sounds like.

  • :') ♥

  • wow, never heard "queen" undertones in any of slaughters music before, how cool........they need to do a queen tribute album, that would be sick!!

  • this was so much better than the grunge they were playing then.

  • i was born in 1994 but i love music from the 80s 90s 70s 60s and even 50s, maybe if more kids my age listened to the same music they wouldn't be listening to that crap they call rap

  • I REMEMBER THIS.I 1st heard this played on d radio around 1992. \m/ \m/

  • 80's .. early 90's it's all the same... still great music

  • This is 90's music but I also miss the 80's. Some of the stuff they came out with in the 90's wasn't to great but Slaughter will always live

  • i miss you 80¨s =( =( =(x 20

  • RIP TIM

  • 80s is classified as a genre alot now, if this was released in 2010 people would probably say i miss the 80s.

  • Slaughter was a 90s band. This song was released in '93. Just saying.

  • Comment removed

  • i miss the 80s too........they were awesome

  • It doesnt really matter when u were born. I was born in the 60s when, in my opinion ROCK got its start, but I know teenagers that love "classic rock". It is truthfully what touches ur soul and rocks ur world at the same time.

  • @24SweetThing I couldn't agree more. Musical taste varies and it rears its true colors regardless of age. For those who really love it, it is truly a spiritual thing.

  • GREAT SONG!!

  • the 80's were the best rock... real rock with real instruments lol

  • back when music was actually about something other than money and girls. it needs to make a comeback

  • LOVE LOVE the 80's

  • i'm lovin this song....

  • im 22 and i grew up listening to these guys i got pissed casue wheni was 5 my parents went to see them and I couldnt go!

  • GREAT VIDEO!!!! takes me back to my days gone bye....

  • @ildico marks the lead singer duh!!!!

  • absolutely love it! mark slaughter is the lead singer. i have all of their cds one of the best bands ever

  • THE BEST TIME OF MY LIFE.................

  • Which of the kids in the video is Mark?

  • These songs have meaning... which some of the music now days, are lacking... they hit that certain nerve inside ya'!!! Just my thoughts on music today...

  • This is not from the 80s, the first Slaughter album was from 1990 and this song is from their second album (1992) !!!!

  • old skool jam...great!

  • this song makes me cry!!! one of my fav songs

  • I know this band from hanging with them in up state NY and NY City. This video gives me memories of Timmy their band mate who is in this video and it makes me sad that we all lost him so soon but may he RIP.....He was such a kind and very real soul.....

  • I MISS THE 80S .... MUSIC WAS JUST BETTER THEN

  • @rsloce74

Me too, most of the best music was back then. I feel the music industry is dead, there are still bands that are performing, but they seem to be overshadowed by stuff like Ke$ha and such.

  • @axelfox980 yeah u cant beat it.. i listen to alot of music but i always find myself going back to those days... I think music now is more about the money or how many fans u can have instead of the music itself.. just my opinion though

  • @rsloce74 exactly!!! :D

  • @rsloce74 Well you miss them...I would give anything to live in those times...todays music is just not for me.

  • @rsloce74 you are right....but im pretty sure this was the 90's

  • @pitt15220 ok let me say again.. i was making a statement , nothing more ! it was early 9's and the music was pretty much the same as the late 80's .. actually it was jan of 93 when it was released...

  • @rsloce74 Wow take it easy, I was just saying it was released in the 90's, no need to get defensive over it.

  • I totally agree with you. This music is the best. I feel for all of the kids that didn't get to experience arena rock ( and spandex, Aqua Net hair, and fringed boots - lol what the hell were we thinking back then - but it was all fun ).

  • @rsloce74 I agree, 80's kicks ass, but this song was made in 1992.

  • @rsloce74 now we got all this retarded shit out i want the hairbands back

  • saw this great band. Awesome!

  • Have some Mercy! that man is so sexy and has the most beautiful smile! I was so lucky to have been a teen in the 80's! that music was the best and will never be beat! you just can't get any better the a "hairband" or "Monster ballad"!

  • one of my favorite songs from Slaughter...

  • Bring the scene back, start dressing like that.

  • Unforgettable!

  • Great Times

  • I love this song!! I miss when music was actually good!

  • What i never got.... Was Dana played bass, .... Why the hell is Marc, playing the piano?

  • WOW just listening/watching this ... brings back the GOOD OLE DAYS... =)so many GREAT BANDS & MUSIC!!!!

  • Seen these guys 3 times, & they never disappoint. . Always put on a great show.

  • Descobri essa banda aqui no youtube mesmo!! Sou fã do Hard anos 80 e essa banda é muito boa mesmo!!

  • i still can't get over the fact that my mother dated mark. she used to have his shoes in the closet and they were huuuge! lol

  • one of my favorite in the 80's!!!!!

  • Can't wait to listen to them. They are playing tonight for free in El Paso Tx. Fuck yeah!!!

  • Good God Mark Slaughter was gorgeous.

Sheisse, if I could be as old as I am now (23) and go back to the early 90s I would be his groupie.

  • i LOVE this song.

  • This was our senior prom song. Man it's been 18 years. Half my life ago. Thanks for post this vid. Love 80's and early 90's hair bands!

  • soooooooooooooooooooooo niceeeeeeeeeeeeee...rak en roll.!!!!1

  • " No place like here, my house, Nevada, L.A....open 24 hrs;;;;"

  • love love this song

  • Love that guitar, great song!

  • Slaughter was capable of playing a wide range of songs. From hard rock to ballads. Theres nothing wrong with that . I think it shows how much talent these guys had. Mark has an incredible voice. He also happens to be great eye candy . I miss em really bad. They wrote some killer songs. Love ya guys, a fan 4ever.

  • Metal bands going soft ! , nothing worse imo , quit while your still metal and behold your name , happened to Metallica too. No one can rock onforever as and old man without dumoing a sad song it seems. the only metal band yet to dump a sad song is SLAYER , not a big fan of them , but at least they stuck to their gund ' PURE METAL' !

  • Mark = hooooooooooooooooooooot!

  • HAs anyone noticed the premise of this video echos the one from in your letter ( REO Speedwagon)?

  • This was the song we sang at our high school graduation.

  • @chrispredsfan What year was your grad?

  • the 80's totally were the BEST....hands down!

  • @screaminpinx this was actually early 90,s

  • the 80's was a fun time lot of good songs and bands came out

  • Comment removed

  • this was my band in high school hard to believe that was 20 years ago

  • Nothing compares, no words to describe.......

  • I will always be a 70s and 80s rocker. I think everyone should let their hair grow out and wear leather jackets with ripped jeans and boots. Those were the best days ever!

  • @mrm8174 fuck yeah im 17 and thats all i wear with Metallica shirts

  • Very fond memories of this song. In high school, I got a graduating class one year to use this song as their senior anthem for our video yearbook.

  • i so wished i was born in the times this music was made not now when its all rap crap

  • @anotherguitarist22 : Brother... just live with it here... I grew up with this stuff and its the hardest stuff to find, 'cept here on youtube.... I cn deal with that.... least I can reminisce with the wife...

  • @anotherguitarist22 omg! i no right! all the hot awesome bands are too old to play anymore. :(

  • @goinggreen234 yeah i hate the fact that i was born as all the good bands were ending

  • @anotherguitarist22 a time when Sex, drugs and Rock'n'Roll was everyone's lifestyle.

  • @AssWholeKid123 And those were the days. Would love to go back. Had a blast, and Im glad I lived to tell abt it. LOL Slaughter rocks BTW

Yeah I m 33 years and lovin every bit of it. you can look me up on facebook or shoot me an e-mail@ LeviLeeSpringer@aol.com Even though this post was a week ago I know we must be at the same age era. Love thoughts SweetThing.

  • @LeviSpringer77 Loved ur response, and I agree u r a lucky man. You and I definitely have the same taste in music, which rocks my world. LOL It does my heart good to know that there are still some ppl out there that know what TRUE REAL music is. I am so sick of hearing abt that freak Lady Gaga and that tweenybopper, and Im sure u know who Im talking abt. I wouldnt trade the generation I grew up in for NOTHING. Id love chatting with u more. U sound like a really cool dude. Be sweet, like me. LOL

  • @anotherguitarist22 Who cares when you born???? Enjoy the music, play it loud, and play your guitar with a vengence.

  • @louie817 enjoy what we have left that is ... there are no more bands like these ... well there are but there not popular ... i wish i was born in the 80's because i want to be in bands like this not dumb simple modern bands

  • @anotherguitarist22 hey i am a straight up rocker i can tell u some modern day bands that are real rock. most true rock bands are not very popular. most modern bands have more of the crue, gnr, and skid row sound though but still if u wanna know some new bands let me know.

  • @adema013 yaa these days its the underground bands that sound good

  • @anotherguitarist22 yeah. u should check out the last vegas. they have more of a gnr type sound. another great band worth checkin out is dangerous toys they're older but sound modern.

  • geez, too bad i was thinking about a girl while listening to it...i might have seen it differently!

    ;D
