  • Would have be far more impressive with a little humility....

  • cool gym ring exercises. I have rings myself, I've been working out 4 days a week but changing it to 5 days a week. I balance doing some free weights with body weight exercises. I practice martial arts and dancing. You're vid gives me ideas for more pull up/chin up and ring exercises. : D

  • sehr sehr gut!

  • snatch music!

  • haha wow idk whether to be impressed or freaked out.

  • That is some badass stength mate, keep working!

  • Freaky strength dude! nice work

  • I've been doing weights for 5 years and have only recently started to gradually stop and start bodyweight training. Got me a pullup bar, a set of rings and parrallets. So far so damn good. Feeling sore in places my full body gym workout would never hit before! Already feeling much stronger. I think in a year I'll never look back at weights again (love the deadlift though so might stick with that lol!).

Excellent vid my man you went beastmode.

  • @86mhassani hey man!! i know exactly what you mean....i made the change from weights to bars/rings about 2 months ago! my strength has gone through the roof, my physique has developed further than when i was on weights. all i do now is rings/bars/elite calisthenics/gymnastics and i love it! never go back to weights again!

  • thanks man, 2010 was a bit rubbish for me but im going next level in 2011 ! getting it together and gonna finally sort a showreel including my strength trainnig, my parkour and gymnastics, my climbing and martial arts, watch this space :-)

  • @86mhassani what you doing for the legs?

  • what a beast

  • Amazing mate, a couple more months for me to do this, Cheers!

  • Hey, great video, could you please explain what exercises you need to do to build the muscles that are responsible for holding your self on the rings while parallel to the ground, ( 18 seconds into the video ) I want to be able and do that but i need to start lifting weights before i could get in that position, but i dont know what to do, thanks

  • @itsjustmechristoph yo man, u dnt need 2 lift weights do front lever, i was lucky enough to pick it upand get strong at it pretty quick but the best things to do are general back conditioning such as pullups and practising the lever with tucked legs till your strong enough to do it with straight legs, hope that helps :-)

  • @smoochf hey. thanks a lot, yeah thats kind of what i figured i needed to do, with my legs tucked in,. but i dont really know any kind of back conditioning, i can look it up, but if you are still making videos, maybe some educational stuff will be a hit :-D, like how to condition to be able and to "this" and like do the lever with untucked legs, then show maybe what we can do get to that paralleled position, im just throwin this out there, i know what i need to do now from what you said. thanks

  • @itsjustmechristoph hey man, for now id say do deadlifts and hyperextentions, wen i get a new computer sorted il def do some educational vids :-)

  • @smoochf yeah i dont know about other people but like when i see someone doin the iron cross, im like ok what do i need to work out to get the strength to even hold that for 1 second. you know, like i think this would be an example, If i could not do pushups cause im to weak, what would i do, well i would do bench presses with a lot less weight than myself, then eventually i could do a push up, you should do the "Planch" thats one bad ass position, thanks!

  • Very impressive!! Great work!

How long have you been training on the rings?

  • @heppsanhometraining iv been training on and off on the rings for about 18mths, i think :-)

  • Awesome strength!

  • Sick shit im subcribing

  • @kane123369 thanks man, im gonna try to get a showreel together this year including my strength training and parkour/tricking :-)

  • @smoochf that show reel is a must...!!! you have to do that... throw in some capoiera

  • @JohnnyVegaz007 im aiming to get a showreel for the end of the year :-)

  • nice !!!!!!!

  • beast beast beast!!!! keep workin' it this way. got a good body, respect!

  • @Massi88 thx man!

  • I cant muscle up yet. What's more important, the pullup, or the dip for getting that transition?

  • @JohnnyVegaz007 sorry for the late reply, id def say getting strong on the transition, i know plenty of people who are good at dips and pullups who cant muscle up

  • @smoochf It took awhile to respond... That's ok... in that time I got my muscle up. And now I can do it with an L-sit.... You are definately a beast!! How long you been doing gymnastics?

  • @JohnnyVegaz007 sorry man, i dont have a computer at the moment, im not a gymnast dude, jus bought sum rings and do some parkour with my friends 3run :-)

  • wtf, 4 1/2 stars? he's not a world class gymnast, but still, im impressed.

  • Dude, you are a beast!!! I just recently got a set and have been trying some of this stuff. Very impressed.

  • Very nice man! Love the front lever and the OAC. Keep it up

  • really nice video man !!

  • hard bro

  • Awesome job, man! The OAC were just sweet as. The front lever was great, very fascinating job.

  • You've got a lot of strength in the transition period of the muscle up! If you don't mind me asking how tall are you?

  • thx, 6ft on the button bro ;-)

  • Yeah doing a front lever gets more difficult when you are taller. I'm 5'9 and I find a front lever and the iron cross a good work out.

  • I like it :)

  • the Flag at the end was nice!

  • thx man ! but if u like that flag check out my other video 'francis flag' ;-)
