i was helping clean that up that was my friend jerikas house people who say that we did a good job cleaning it up that you very much i helped salvage some things but they had 3 cats and a dog named lilly lilly survived the cat survived but the other cause got squashed well i luv u lyk a sis jerika
I was in church when this happened and my dad wanted to leave because he didn't know what a siren sounded like. Thank the lord we stayed at the church!
If I had a dollar for every person that has viewed this and went by while we were trying to clean things up the day this happened and even the day after, I would be not be rich, but I would have enough to help out with things.
I didn't consider myself poor. I may have lost my house and some of my things, but my kids and I were not there & I thank God everyday for sparing us. I have since moved into another place here in Springfield and we are all doing great. We were able to save 80-90% of our stuff. The washer & dryer in the video were trashed, but have been replaced. The only big thing I have left to replace is the 75 gallon fish tank you see laying on the ground toward the front of the frame of the trailer.

I was taping this storm on the South side of town. I had a feeling it wasn't just rain and wind, but that's all we got on this end of town.
I haven't put the video up on YouTube yet, but I think I'll wait and see what'll happen tomorrow before I decide on that.
