Interesting experiment, but it's not really for musicians... it's more for geeks like to play guitar. :)
It has more disadvantage than advantage, I think. Same problems like all computer based recordings, a musician who don't want to get lost in thousands of details of a highly complex software.
As a guitar player I rather want to play and use reliable, sturdy, simply to setup controls instead of wandering in confusing setup options on expensive gadgets .
@kandeejohnson yahh thats exactly what i thought. i have been trying to ask you this for a while. are you going to imats in la. if u r what days because i am going with my mom for my 14th birthday party and its our first time if so i would extreamly love to meet you and if i do i have a gift that i bought for you that i think you would like a lot
I realize that you could get a real Wah pedal, but our product is not for everyone. I am trying to facilitate a growing trend in portable digital recording, and at the moment the iPad 2 is breaking new ground in this area.
The "Wah-Wah" pedal I believe is copywritten name by Dunlop for the pedal, since I am illustrating our product using the ampkit software, Ampkit calls their "wah-wah" the Wahbado so they do not get into legal hot water with the Dunlop company. I do appreciate you bringing it to my attention though.
