a good option would be sound dampening material if you have the money. if not maybe you can find out what part specifically on your car is rattling then taking some news paper or cardboard and shove it in there so it doesn't rattle anymore, i did that with my license plate and it reduced a lot of rattle. and lastly if your subwoofers are just really loud then there may be no way to stop the rattling.
