I have the same engine first try it wouldnt stop went 2 max revs and the engine seized lol well hpi r taking it as a warrnty issue but the guy at the shop said this car can drift is this true?
I'm not sure about the age restriction for this car. But I guess it is around 15 y/o. However, it's all about responsability. If you are very responsible with your cars and want to learn more about car maintenance, this is perfect for you. Additionally, you have to be a bit careful while handeling the gasonline, which has nitro, and the latter has been proved to cause cancer in animals. Of course, you can always use gloves. And please, read the manual thoroughly.
i started when I was like 11 and now I am 15. As long as you know the basics of hobby rc then you should be fine. but learn how to take care of a nitro engine first. I lost alot of engines because of it.

I have the same car :D this car has amazing acceleration! i ove it but it can be a right pain to get up and running at first .. grrr..

Same price. But you also need to buy the ignitor, the battery plus charger, and the gas. Add 40 dolars more to the original price plus taxes.

I have no much experience with trucks, but they are very fast too. There are lots of video clips of HPI RC trucks. Good luck!
