  • always loved rounhousea bout too compare this to so random, which this is so much better,i have a recorded tape from 93 with an ep counting dow to 94,but we had better tv shows then

  • 1980s-1990s was the best and awesome time to have fun growing up..

2000-2012 Is the shittiest time and lamest time to enjoy things... Thumbs up if you are proud to be a 1980s fan...

  • omg! i use to watch this show everyday whenever it came on. i loved it! i need the tv series on DVD.

  • this was my show!!!!

  • I never understood who they were supposed to be running from in the opening credits. They always seemed so anxious.

  • @bigstereo I think the Roundhouse was a secret hangout, and they were running there like they were to make sure nobody saw where they were going.

  • @bigstereo I guess I never thought of that considering it was filmed in front of a live studio audience with a full band. Not a very well kept secret on their part ;)

  • Where was this intro filmed?...I always imagined it as New York City.

  • BEST. SHOW. i was ADDICTED to this show. i used to memorize all the skits and do them at jr. high :) it paved the way for me later acting out in living colour and snl ;) NERD!!!!!

  • I find it sad that I was too young to even recall seeing a whole episode of Roundhouse. I think I remember just changing the channel when the show came on, perhaps because it didn't seem to appeal to me as much as the later released All That did.

  • Quite true on both accounts. The arrangement did change in the later seasons. I believe it happened when they added a few more members. You will even notice that during those episodes it seems that they switched it so that some of the other members had more lead singing moments.

  • good days, good times, 100%+ way better than today's TV

  • Reprise the theme song and roll the credits

I work at a Honey Baked Ham, and when Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around, the week of the holiday were prone to working 10+ hour days, and when we finally leave...this is normally what i holler out!

  • OMG talk about a blast from the past. I remember the old Nick line up! Most people don't remember this one though. I loved this show. Makes me feel so old though.

  • They changed the theme song later on.

  • @MrAamigo The theme song has always stayed the same! It's the cast that kept changing.

  • @CAvideoFAN I was saying that it sounded slightly different on later episodes than some earlier episodes.

  • @MrAamigo From what I've been watching, it looks like they sang the theme song live every episode. The difference in the sound comes from different singers.

  • @CAvideoFAN @MrAamigo You're both right(sort of). The song was the same, but the arrangement was a little different(possibly a different lead singer)

  • Reprise the them song and roll the credits

  • I think a lot of people dont remember this show. but i sure do i loved it.

  • @GFX8887 I still remember the theme song by heart. Snick at Night was the best

  • I friggin loved this show as a kid! I started watching this when I was in high school in the 90's. I remember thinking that it seemed like a funnier, teenage version of Saturday Night Live. 90's t.v. and music was the best.

  • This is 1 of the shows I hope is on 90's are All That.

  • Thi was the first nick comdey I have every watch. I was only 7 when this show came out

  • Crystal Lewis is a sangin' mofo.

  • Ivan=Hott blond alert. DAMN this was so long ago. I wish they made weird and cool shows for kids these days. This was like an SNL for kids back in the day. I love how the show was always non-stop with all the sets and characters doing different skits. AWEsome times.

  • The precursor to All That!

  • 90s Nick was always full of win! The Gamer Guy has spoken!

  • chuck norris favorite show

  • this show was awful i mean just awful, but the other shows at the time on nick were awsome!

  • Omg how I lived for.SNICK! Lol

  • A fun show! :) 80's baby! 90's baby! 2000's WTF

  • super throwback status.....

  • This was my show!! Too bad I started watching this during its latter reign! The shows today just don't have the same creativity as the shows during this era.

  • Snick was awesome. Roundhouse was the best. So was Are You Afraid of the Dark :-)

  • damn....i miss my childhood

  • I'm making a picture frame right now in the style of the cardboard TV set.

  • John Crane was always my favorite. :)

  • I remember this was the first show to come on when SNICK started and when it was SNICK, you knew it was gonna be an awesome night.

  • I always felt like I was the youngest person among my peers who remembered this show...and I'm 24 now.

  • @elementz1986 funny, I'm 20 AND I still remember this! So I was what, 4 back in the day lol

  • Didn't this used to come on at midnight?

  • i vaguely remember someone from this show dying while it was on the air?

  • @novemberunderground yes it was cast member Dominic Lucero. He was only on one season but the show kept him in the credits.

  • Loved this show when I was younger. I like old school nickelodeon.

  • I wanted that chair SO bad!!!! I absolutely loved this show! Seriously, kids today do NOT know what good television is

  • @Holly18250 I agree.

  • I wanted to be on this show so bad, lol, I would sing this song constantly.

    Anybody wanna reprise this show???

  • @thesteffie YES!!!! I would love to reprise this show!!!!

  • Ah... The Original Snick! I never quite understood the premise of this show but it didn't stop me from watching.

  • Damn!!! i miss SNICK!!

  • I love crystal lewis

  • GODDAMN, that took me back! I so wished I was a teenager in the '90s! <3

  • Kids growing up in the late 80s/early 90s are the luckiest motherfuckers who ever lived.

  • @neverAcquiesce Why Thank You.

  • @neverAcquiesce You Damn Skippy.

  • @neverAcquiesce hell yeah

  • @neverAcquiesce I am glad I was born in the 80s :D

  • what was this show about? I never really watched it I was to young at the time to be intrested in it but watched some parts of it. wasnt this the one where there was some big chair that moved on wheelss and there was some wacky guy driving it ?

  • @CK2012 Yes. Just a sketch comedy type show of sorts but they would break out in song and dance randomly. But it was a fun show for sure.

  • man i used to hate this show but id have to watch it because ren and stumpy was on after it although i used top love micki duran she was a hottie!

  • gotta love the 90 shows, hope they bring it to dvd soon or have a reto channel of the 90s like they have one of the 70s

  • @rexjude2: You said you are forced to care about issues. I asked what those issues were.

You never answered what the issues were. That tells me you don’t care anything about other people leading you to be racist. People who say they are forced to care about issues they don’t care about usually mean they don’t care about issues pertaining to other races.

As far as crimes being committed because you are white, unfortunately it is karma. You are paying for the atrocities of your ancestors.

  • @Tippy2forU

    Not how karma works.

And it shows how obsessed with race you are by saying they deserved it. Gotta love racists!

  • @rexjude2: What would those issues be? No one forces you to care about anything. You either care or you don't . Who are the 'normal people'? White people?

  • Anyone know the chords to this? I'm in a jam band and i want to cover this song!

  • I remember how cool I thought this show was. I loved the guy that did the backflips and loved all the dancing and stuff.

  • the only thing i realy still remember from this show....THAT PIMP ASS RECLINER!!! god i want that motorized beast of a chair!!!

  • Stay tuned for 15 years of pure SHIT!

  • I keep asking people if they remember this show, and they're like, "What the hell is Roundhouse?" I'm glad to know that I'm not too crazy and that there are other people out there who remember this show!

  • All That really swagger jacked this opening lol. Man this kind of show really needs to make a comeback! Come on people we need to call Viacom & Nickelodeon to get this stuff back!!!!!

  • This is when Nickelodeon was GOOD. I used to to watch their SNICK lineup EVERY Saturday night. This show ,was, by far, my favorite of that programming block. Ever since this, and several other Nick show got cancelled, that Channel has never been the same. I-Carly and Victorious(or is that a Disney show) though not bad in their own right, have NOTHING on these older Nick shows.

    Agreed, anyone?

  • this was my shit! i miss the old nickelodeon...

  • You can see Micki Duran's boobies in the movie 'Showgirls'

  • @djayricky someone told me that and i looked for her and can't find her, what scene is it?

  • I never realized just how much Nickelodeon was like Mtv back in the day. But Mtv was MUCH better back then.

  • Back when Nickelodeon was GOOD and ORIGINAL!

  • @rexjude2 Don't forget about angry assholes and war mongers.

    @Goddess4life23 SNL started in 1975

  • Comment removed

  • @Goddess4life23 did you seriously just imply that SNL, a show that started in 1975, got its start by copying Roundhouse, a show that began airing in 1992?

  • i love this show

  • omfg this was the show. brings me back to my childhood. the original snick lineup: clarissa explains it all, roundhouse, ren & stimpy, are u afraid of the dark. and the big orange couch. why can't tv be this good again? and why can't life still be that carefree and innocent?

  • YES. back when T.V. was Television

  • @cartoonist1975 agreed.

  • not heard in HD !
