I think there's a lot to be said for states rights. Individual states should deal with their own social progress. As some states flounder and fail to deal with their problems, others will set the example. Limited decentralization is the only way to bring the voice back to the American people(that and limiting all campaign contributions). The problems of our day must be broken down and brought closer to home in order to break through the thick veil of apathy looming over the American public.
