  • Her hair is gawjus 💛💜💚❤

  • Aww...fabulous and adorable! XD

  • does your hair have to be wet when you do this?

  • @tankam82 No - I just think it turns out better when it starts out damp. But I do it dry too or lightly spray it with water a bit before I start separating sections out.

  • Beautiful

  • Wonderful :D

  • I've been looking for something like this fir AGES!

Look how easy and nice tis is, THANKS!

  • Now if only I could actually do this... I swear Im hair challenged

  • This is good but what if you cant reach to the back of your head if your doing to yourself!?

  • ohhhh wooow thats so beautiful!

  • Best one for my hair, I only used one band because my hair is thin + I didn't leave the overhanging tips at the bottom because my hairs short. Pretty pleased with the result, thanks for posting this xD

  • Her hair is beautiful!

  • omg i was convinced that was a doll!

  • @sophiiiiii67 Nope! No doll -- just my little girlies head! :)

  • @BabesinHairland i know but i only realized when i saw her blink!! so cute that she is your model

  • deliciously fabulous!!!!

    <3 it.

    thanks for sharing this..

  • Woah I gotta try it thanx!!

  • cute (=

  • everytime i do this.. i get soooo many compliments!!!!! thank you soo much!

  • I have very thick hair but the messy bun still looks good, love the vid!! -33

  • @XMusicxXxSoulX If your hair is really long as well, be sure to check out our messy bun for long hair. It might be one that works good for you also! :)

  • That is super cute and I can't wait to wear it like that!!!:)

  • cool video, never seen a bun done this way, ill have to try it out :)

  • Super cute :D

  • my hairs not as long as your daughters but it still works... very easy and looks grreat .. thankyou.. if you want it messier just pull bits of hair out...

  • @fall3n360 if so then why are u watching?

  • I like it. It is very beautifulllllllllll

  • sooo cute!!!!!

  • wow that was amazing, it came out realy nice i left 2 strands of hair out and curled it and put it on the side which looked realy nice

  • nicee..(: but normally when you do a messy bun. the front is not suppose to be perfect or slicked back.

  • @tahirahrashidarey When doing hair on a 7 year old (which she was when the video was made), I really don't think she should look all messy everywhere or then I think she looks like she isn't cared for. Plus, the point of the video wasn't to show the front of the hair - I was demonstrating the bun in back- so I'd simply pulled her hair back after her bath.

  • Thanks for the tip, I always just put my hair in a pony tail as i don't know what else to do with it. I will try the messy bun, looks good. 8-)

  • This helped me so much. My hair is medium thick & I always had a hard time doing a messy bun. There are a lot of techniques but this works the best for me. Thank you!!! =) -April

  • I love this! thank you so much for the great idea

  • firstly i have to say that I would die to have your daughter's hair, its gorgeous! :)

secondly, thankyou so much for making this video, i've always been wondering how my friends do their hair like that - and now i know! it looks amazing! xxx

  • this looks great! hopefully i can do it on myself, i seem to have a hard time styling my own hair.

  • This hairstyle is amazing! Thankyou! Deffinatley trying this for school:)

  • @fall3n360 Grow up you sad ass! Picking on a young childs hair? If you don't like it don't comment! You're such a typical no life:)

  • ur so creative btw your daughter is so cute my one would never sit so still lolz

  • ME GUSTA!

  • This was so helpfull!!! Thanks so much!!

  • @fall3n360 your ugly?

  • your daughter must be cute as a doll!

  • Thank you soo much for posting this!! I can finally do a messy bun now!! :)

  • I thought this was really helpful and easy to follow thank you :)

  • REALLY GOOD THANK YOUUUU :D I was a bit creeped out at first though coz i thought it was your daughter that was talking and I when you showed the band I was thinking HOW CAN SHE REACH ROUND THAT FAR??!!?? :D Then I realised :D xx

  • Sooooo cool

  • Very good! Im blown away !

  • This worked so well! Thank you!

  • love ur daughters hair color :)

  • LOVED THIS!!! my hair is layered so i shake it out a little and pin the extra pieces around the bun for a messier effect. Also, if you have longer hair you can pull those long ends at the bottom of the bun around to the top and sides and pin those into loops to add more height and what-not. Yea. I do this every morning and its totally awesome ^_^

  • This is a lovely hairstyle! ^_^ Thank you so much for this tutorial.

I have done this myself, and it worked perfectly for me! I was so excited, and this was perfect for my personality as well: I like wearing my hair up, but I also like it to feel secure. Since watching this vid, I have had many compliments on this hairstyle! So thank you again!

  • she has beautiful hair!

  • So cute!!!! i love it!!!

  • Your soooo good

  • Love tit but evey time i put my hair in a essy bunn it always leaves that hair hangig after i pull it, andit looks ke a broom !! :( lol,, how cou i do it with out the broom"??

  • your buns need gooping missy!!

  • this was soooooo helpful! thank you <3 the other videos i didnt find to be useful at all.

  • omgoodness i love this! i still need to try it though

instead of using that clear rubber band thingy, can i just do it that way with my ponytail latch? oh nvm i just tried it I <3 U THANK U

  • That look awesome

    Do you mind

makeing some videos about how to do like a nice pretty up do or something for school

a max 4 minute hair style... Something fancy but not too fancy.. do u get me :)

    haha

    Thanks :D

  • @Lediakay Head over to my website and check out my updos and such ... I've got many to choose from over there but they are step by step pix. Most of the time when I do my updo styles I have no where the style is headed & so I have a hard time doing them in video format because they'd be forever long. Hopefully you can find something over on my site w/the pictures that'll work for you.

  • omg i've watched like ten videos and tried them all and i finally watched yours and tried it and its PERFECT. thankss :)

  • wooow that was a big help im always late for school because of my time on my hair

  • Soooo pretty but I have rly thin hair so I don't even have enough hair to do this!

  • love love love this! i cant believe some of the mean comments :/ <3

  • your daughter has very nicee hair =)

im trying this ritee now as i watch it, its very cutee XDDD

  • Hey guys, she isn't using her child as a 'toy'! Maybe her daughter LOVES to get her hair done, maybe her daughter WANTS to be on youtube. Maybe her mom is paying her! Either way, I love the hair style, and if u don' whatever but don't be hatin on others

  • when i try doing this this my hair looks like theirs poo hanging from the back of my head :[

    but great video!!

your daughters hair is reaallyy nice :D

  • @FatBoyVille212 ROFL!! I'm sorry it looks like poo hanging from your head! I'm assuming your hair is really long? I don't do these on my girls when their hair gets real real long because it tends to not "hang" as well ... possibly like poo ... but I'd never thought of it like that hahaha! Sorry it didn't work for you.

  • @FatBoyVille212 made me laugh, but bless ya! x

  • @FatBoyVille212

    LOL! aww bless you! x

  • That's soo Cute(:I think im going too try it!

  • Reallly pretttttty

  • I Absolutely Love Her hairr! (:

    its so prettyy!

  • great job. this will rlly help for wen i'm running late for skool(:

  • the baby girl is so cute!! i love her!!

  • @fall3n360 Sorry you feel that way. You seem to be fairly alone in your thinking however. But everyone is entitled to their opinion. To each their own I say.

  • @BabesinHairland there just jealous thats why there saying its ugly

  • This is awesome i love it!

  • Do short hair love the tip by the way but more short hair Kk bye:)))))

  • I wish I had her hair!! What products does she use? shampoo? any treatment?? I wish mine were as pretty as hers!

  • I love your dd's haiir and you are so nice to do her hair for her that is really sweet.

  • Best messy bun video ever! It's very secure and easy to do.

  • Came out very cute!!

  • i just went into my bathroom with one thin elastic band, and one small tight coloured one. i scrunched my hair together at the back with my hands, tied the big band around it, then finished with the coloured one, curled the two bits at the side of my favce, fingered them through, and hey presto looks perfect.

  • your daughter has very healthy hair

  • My mom used to be a hair dresser so she did my hair like this one day I always wondered how now I know thanx :)

  • sweet. I will use it in the future ;p

  • That is so cute and easy!!! i am going to try this! Great video

  • i thought your daughter was like 16 until it showed half of her face haha. i will def try this! thanks for the tutorial!

  • @ohmydaniela LOL -- nope - more like 6 years old when I made this video a couple years ago! :-) Thanks for commenting!

  • great..very nice!!

  • Omg U Do AMAZING HAIRSTYLESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!:)

  • I wish you were my mom:)

  • Omg that was amazing thank's <3 x

  • Hi ! I totally love it, but i have a question, is her hair wet ? Do I have to keep my hair wet when I do this? :)

  • @mandyyeahmandy No - you don't have to do it when your hair is wet. I think it turns out better when you do it wet though. When my dd's hair is shorter they turn out good either way, but the longer her hair gets I find they work better with damper hair for some reason! Hth.

  • @BabesinHairland oh, thanks alot !

  • Is perfect

  • Thx!!!!

  • cute!

  • that was really good, i'm going to try this!!

  • i didnt know it was that easy to do this bun! really helpful...out of curiosity...are you like a hairdresser or something? you're really good with hair :)

  • @lambo9415 Thanks! And nope -- not a hair dresser .. just a SAHM with 3 girls which makes for a lot of hair to do over all these years! Over time we've just gotten creative!

  • This is so helpful! All my friends know how and I never do! so thank you for actually making it look cute too!

  • if i was younger i would have loved to have you as my mom to do my hair!!awesome job

  • r u a hairdresser???

  • @biebergirls1345 No! I'm mom & love to do my girls hair! ;-)

  • That looks so good !

  • Thank you for the vid.... I never knew how girls got thier hair to look like that! I really like that look. :)

  • OMG. i loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee this hairstyle. it's so simple and quick to do. :) gonna try it for school :D

  • @Coglitter , dont watch it then;p

  • I like this tutorial, could you do a video on how to do a messy bun but with some bits at the front and sides pulled out so that it's kind of messy allover? Your daughter's hairs a nice colour :) Thanks for this! xxx

  • @KittyCouture28 Glad you like the video! I'll try get something else made- but can't promise how soon. Over the past many months I've been suffering from migraines and get a couple a week & so hair and a lot of other things in my life are taking a bit of a back seat. Hope you understand! I'll keep this in mind though but since my girls don't have bangs or layers I'm not sure how this would work on them.

  • thank u. looks awesome! ur daughter hair is beautiful, she is very lucky! :)

  • thnxx

  • been looking for a good video on how to do this n nw i have found it!! GR8 video!!!!

  • Thanks!! :D

  • this is actually a super cute bun

  • LOVED IT! totally easy cute way! keep up the good work;)

  • Yeah I'm pretty sure everyone knows how to do a fucking pullthrough. How about sonething helpful? Thanks.

  • @Coglitter Watch you language please. Apparently your mind is feeble enough that you find it necessary to use such verbage to express yourself. You don't need to use such nasty language to express your unwanted opinion around here. It seems countless others find what I do helpful - so you need not comment again.

  • @Coglitter dude. I myself DO NOT know how to. geez. you don't have to be so mean. THIS actually was helpfull to me. don't think you can just sum up EVERYBODY'S opinion. you're not that special.

  • @Coglitter like fix your english? "something" not "sonething"

  • @Coglitter Dude. calm down there buddy.

    this video was really helpfup.

  • i love it! its really simple and easy how you explained and showed it and it looks really cute(-: this inspired me to wear my hair in a messy bun for school

  • thanks so much this helped alot! xoxo

  • I DONT KNOW WHATS UP WITH ALL THE RUDE AND STUPID COMMETS U GUYS R STUPID...AT LEAST SHE GOES ON THERE N TEACHES US SOMETHING N FOR ALL THE RUDES ONES U GUYS JUST SIT THERE AND ADD RUDE COMMETS GETTTTTTTTTTTTT A LIFEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE ....

  • Thank you so much for this! I do my hair like this all the time now and I get lots of compliments! My hair is pretty difficult to manage and now I can finally do a messy bun!

  • this is by far the easiest way to make a messy bun some of these tutorial are just way to complicated

  • Great and simple video to get a nice "unmessy" messy bun look quick. :) Just wanted to comment that if you've never tried the really tiny little hair clamps (in natural hair colors) to do the "securing" rather than using traditional bobby pins, give it a shot! They are WAAAY more secure. Pin the hair exactly/securely where you want it even while doing heavy activities. They are also really easy to hide in most styles. I've ditched the old "sliding out" bobby pins for life! ;)

  • this is soo cute!:) and simple! i love it!

  • why cant we see it from the front?

  • @madscool45 Because her hair is just pulled straight back & I didn't think it was really anything vital to see from the style. Feel free to check out my site - specifically a post on 4/2/2009 (I'd link it here but it won't let me) - It's called "Messy Bun - My Way" It has a bunch of pictures of the step-by-step as well as front pictures. There are plenty of other styles where I use this that you can view as well while you are there! Hope that helps!

  • hi i was totally looking for a new look and hairstyle n this worked its amazing n it looks really pretty thanks for putting this video on please put more messy hairdo tips on it took a bit more bobby pins than u used but thats because my hair is really thick

  • hi i was totally looking for a new look and hairstyle n this worked its amazing n it looks really pretty thanks for putting this video on please put more messy hairdo tips on

  • .This Vid Was Super Helpful ! Shee Has Pretty Hair Btw : ) Thankss !

  • This was the best video that i watched this Messy bun looks perfect

  • is her hair wet or greasy? can't tell

  • @enlightenedwarrior16 It's WET! I think I mention in the video that she'd just had a bath & I was working with fairly damp hair. :-)

  • @BabesinHairland ur comments r kinda mean and lyk relly attuideish no affense u did a good job but lets be nice 2 ppl goshQ!

  • @Uberloko123 I'm sorry if you think my comments have attitude -they usually aren't intended to be that way. But when I have people swearing at me & telling me my videos suck, that my dd's hair is gross & nasty etc then when other people comment it's sometimes hard to know if what they are saying is sincere or not. I put myself out there trying to share what I know & it's not cool when people have rude things to say about it. I think it's only right that I stand up for myself - it's my channel.

  • @BabesinHairland Your daughter's hair is beautiful to me. :) Don't listen to those..trolls. XD

  • Im actually Gonna use this for my figure skating practices Cause I tried it and it was REALLY comftorable and easy to manage so THANKYOU SO MUCH!!!:D

  • I did this the other day and it looked great. Thanks for the inspiration. :)

  • @jenniferweston You are so welcome! Glad it worked for you & that you like it!

  • Thanks!

  • I do my hair like this all the time!! <3 thx for sharingg

  • that's very cute! but she has long hair, so mine don't look like that. I wish it did though!

  • @SaraLee110 I actually think these work better with thinner/shorter hair. I tend not to do these as much when my girls hair is really long! I bet yours looked great.

  • ooo thats cute

  • nice loved it.....

  • thats cool!!

  • Wow that's really nice!

  • Very cool, and your daughter is adorable ^.^

  • woow the bun looks awesome!!!

  • HEEY! That's what I do, too!!! I'm glad someone else has guuuhreat techniques, too. ;) hahaha. But I like how you pull and bobby pin the random hair parts in an organized manner.

  • Thats so Cute!!

  • thats so pretty :)

  • oh my goodness thats amazing! how did you come up with that?

  • @rawRac1822 Thanks! Yeah, I'd like to think I came up with it! I just got tired of trying to get my girls messy buns to look good & they never did. So this is what I came up with & it works like a charm & looks the way I want. Thanks for commenting!

  • wow. this is really freaking good :]

  • Thatz so adorable i luv it

  • Why is her hair wet?

    That'll make her hair stink!

    Just an adivce.:)

  • @chinaglaze17 Her hair is wet because it's easier to do in certain styles when it starts out damp. Her hair does not stink -- nor does doing it while it's wet make it stink. Thanks for the advice though - but I've been at this for a long time & never had any problems with stinky hair on any of my girls. If you get stinky hair because you do yours when it's wet, maybe you need to try different shampoo & other products for your hair. If you want I can let you know what we use!

  • @chinaglaze17

Haha it doesn't make it stink!:P

  • it is sooooo pretttyyy!!! i am gonna try this on my OWN hair tomoro when i wash my hair! :)))

  • This is really, really nice! Going to try it for uni on Monday. :)

  • very cute totally gonna try it!

  • Very cool, thanks for the advice

  • omg i have been looking for one like this EVERYWHHERE...its amazing!

  • are you hurting her?

  • @nessaybabayxD No I promise. If I was you'd hear her! She's got a tough head & I've been doing stuff in her hair since she was born so it's no big deal. Promise!

  • Thanks sooo much! i tried it and it's perfect for work!!
