Wow, i quit using cocaine, and cigarettes cold turkey. but you can not stop eating nasty processed foods. I guess it must suck to not be able to make your taste buds happy at least you dont have to go to the hospital because of massive withdrawls. I weighed 301 pounds and now im healthy until you start caring about your body and put forth some effort its not going to happen. i know thats harsh but i know where your coming from and u need it straight. contact me if u need any pointers, good luck

I know how It feels when you think you're beautiful but apparently you're the only one to think so and a doctor tells you you need to lose a lot of weight and you think "so I'm not beautiful? =/" Stay strong :) I think It's all worth it, not to be beautiful, cuz we already are. But to ourselves. We're ok the way we are, but let's have fun getting even better. Working out and dieting is important as long as It's controlled by a nutricionist. <3
Don't hate yourself your fine just follow the food pyramid and have sweets or junk food maybe once a week and you don't have to go to a gym to exercise (they hurt) just go for a walk or a swim enjoy exercising!

I live in the dorms too and they serve SO MANY FRIED FOODS. It's really taunting. I gained almost ten pounds the first two months og this semester and couldn't believe it. I started a diet a little over a week and it's going pretty well. If you ever need support you're more than welcome to message me! :)
You can eat whatever you want as long as you watch your portion size and count your calories and make sure you don't exceed your healthy daily calorie intake everyday...look online to see what that number is for you.
Five glasses of milk? That's way too much, and horribly bad for you. chocolate milk is just as bad for you as pop. Although there is as much calcium in chocolate milk, none of it goes into your body/bones. The coco disguises the calcium, and it over whelms your body, passing right though..

Did you say baked fries? On a diet? There's no way you could go wrong with veggies, some fruits, whole grains and lean meats.
