i play that song but instead of using a joe's Ibanez I use a steve vai jem and i use the digitech whammy.

@NailedSolo joes sound is also on a 10grand setup, not a 700 pound guitar and a small bedroom amp recorded through the mic of some video camera, so let's be fair it sounds awesome considering

All by ear... So, surely, many parts would be different from the original. Moreover, I'm using an octaver that gives 1 and 2 octaves down, none up. So, I start playing the theme 1 octave up... And all the solo part is a little poor improvisation. It still sounds pretty good for my taste...
