@ReneeReneeRenee97 Unless you have a medical condition, with time, patience and effort you should be able to do this. Little by little, you'll get there.
@bmmmar you know for loosing fat you need to change diet to extremely low carbs and no fats. but sometimes you need muscle mass AND energy for cardio training so its imposible to avoid fats and carbs thats why you have to focus more in an area.
@bmmmar Your still wrong. I used to be a skinny kid and NEVER did ab work yet I had ripped abs. I'll say it again, I had a six pack yet did no ab work at all. It is your diet. Proper diet and exercise will help you lose body fat. And I HAVE seen my toes, I'm looking at them right now. Looks like 7 misinformed people liked your post
my ab workout consists of 5-7 different exercises each for 45 seconds, usuall only 1-2 seconds break just switching to next exercise. as you can tell im not a beginner (not bragging) and was just wondering why you said only 6-8 reps. im thinking like 20-30 then a next exercise
@Intricateshotz if i had to guess, i'd say it's probably because anyone who is looking this up on youtube is GENERALLY double checking on technique or for the vast MAJORITY, because they are beginners and do not know which exercises may work best for them. That said, if the video made was targetted to the majority being beginners, then 6-8 reps would be a good start. But i do agree, as i have found no ab exercise that gives me a good burn in only 8 rep sets, even when holding/slowly doing them
if you are 270 pounds of fat you should try crunches until you work off the belly and then worry about these more complex moves crunches are easy for begginers and dont overwork your stomach just try to do about 50crunches 3 days a week then move it up to 100 crunches then move on to sets if you catn do 50 try 30 and if you cant do that your not trying lol
not at all.crunches do NOT work off your belly.they just work on your ab muscles.unless you jog off your belly, you wont see thos ab muscles you have been working hard on
@intrictateshotz it's not about the quantity, but the quality of your workout.
