Eventually, Wurmbrand was a recipient of an amnesty in 1964. Concerned with the possibility that Wurmbrand would be forced to undergo further imprisonment, the Norwegian Mission to the Jews and the Hebrew Christian Alliance negotiated with Communist authorities for his release from Romania for $10,000 (though the going rate for political prisoners was $1900.
During part of this time, he communicated with other inmates by tapping out Morse code on the wall. In this way he continued to "be sunlight" to fellow inmates rather than dwell on the lack of physical light.
He later recounted that he maintained his sanity by sleeping during the day, staying awake at night, and exercising his mind and soul by composing and then delivering a sermon each night.

True, Christians in America are losing battles. But that's because most American Christians are lazy wimps. Christians in places like India, China, Nigeria, and Pakistan risk their lives and freedom just to give orphans some food and a place to sleep. They are truly brave. Their faith is alive and well.
Check out Project Rescue, Show Hope, and Tiny Hands International.
And when asked why they risk their lives, their response is, "God loves these people, and He wanted me to demonstrate that love to them, even if it cost me something."
You are quite naive, could you explain to me why the african country Côte d'Ivoire which has a GDP of 1132 dollars annum, what an American earns in a week, they needed food, water and work, instead they got Jesus and a Cathedral Identical to Saint Peters in Rome but a bit bigger.
Wha...? What are you talking about? What does a building in Africa have to do with the current ministry going on over there? Just because they built a church doesn't mean they neglected other needs. We certainly don't neglect people's basic needs in Nigeria. We take care of widows and orphans. That's true and perfect religion.
@666norton420 Did it not occur to you that the church is a place where people prepare and distribute food, medicine, clothes, etc.? That churches provide emergency shelter? That the reason the church is built to begin with is because the pre-established membership WANTED a church? You know NOTHING about Christianity in third world and hostile nations, so keep your mouth shut, tenderfoot.
20Remember the words I spoke to you: 'No servant is greater than his master.'[a] If they persecuted me, they will persecute you also. If they obeyed my teaching, they will obey yours also.
Thank you for this post. It's a great way to raise awareness for the persecuted church around the world. It's also a great encouragement that in our darkest times, Jesus is still with us.
Well that depends. Everyone remembers Saul of Tarsus, who became Paul. I remember Pastor Wurmbrand's friend who went from persecuting Jews to saving them. And we all remember Nero, Titus, Hitler, Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, and Kim Il Sung and the fact that they never repented.
The church is a big power and has the population minds, any despotic and totalitarian government will see them as a risk, no matter what fairy tale the believe.
I remember one. Colonel Dulgheru. He was the officer in charge of Pastor Wurmbrand's torture. He had Wurmbrand thrown into solitary confinement when Wurmband forgave him instead of lashing out in anger like Dulgheru wanted. I heard that he was later put in prison himself, though I don't know why. I think he died there.
Oh, and then there's Thomas Henry, who betrayed William Tyndale to his death. No idea on Henry's final fate.
governments hate however is a risk for their power, who do you expect they hate in a country where 90% of the population are Christians ?
The church is a second government, it's totalitarian, there is no democratic choice of there leaders and these people can steer a nation even against their leaders.
The church had and still has power in all schools, best men in government positions, and control many state services.
Don't be so naive to think it's a pure religious issue.
What about China, where Christians comprise less than 10% of the population? Or in Muslim countries, where they usually make up 1-8%?
I'll tell you why. Because love is a threat to dictators, and Christians preach and demonstrate love, even for their enemies. Just ask Richard here. Did you know that when he loved one of his enemies, he had a hand in the rescue of hundreds of Jews from Hitler?
Wait, you whine about a supposed persecution, and then point out that you love and forgive your enemies? Good. You have given all the needed reason for you to shutup now. Case closed. Another mythologist defeated by sheer reason. Have a nice day.
We forgive them and pray for them, but that does not justify what they do. Forgiveness is a means of healing wounds. It is not saying that it's okay to inflict those wounds.
I'm sensing some bitterness from you. You need to forgive. You only hurt yourself by not forgiving.
A lot of people use gifts and superficial love to try to find joy. Christians use love to demonstrate that we have already found Joy, and we want to share it with the world. We have found a perfect Love, and no love is complete without Him. We just can't keep Him to ourselves.
So those scars are imagined, then? There was no shooting at a church in Egypt over Christmas? Gao Zhisheng is not really being tortured, and his family was never threatened? Everyone everywhere respects all human rights all the time?
What fantasy world are you living in?
btw, you cannot provide "invalidating evidence" against what I believe, short of killing all Jews and Christians. Hitler and Stalin both failed to do that. What makes you think you can do better?
Names? Lolz! Guess what? Abiogenesis and Evolution remove all silly notions of "original sin". Cosmology removes the necessity of a "creator".Thusly, the mythology falls once again. The world does happen to be sphericle. Bats are NOT birds. Likewise rabbits are NOT ruminants. Have a nice day o' deluded one.
Second, how does cosmology remove the necessity of a creator? Isn't Speck the one you claim as your creator? What ticked Speck off anyway, that he went and blew up like that? Where did Speck even come from?
In the beginning God vs. in the beginning Speck. How is the latter more scientific than the former?
Oh...kosher. Got it. Although the question was meant to lighten the mood a bit. Killjoy. :P
Anywho, Speck is what I've christened the teeny tiny little piece of something that big bang theorists say exploded into the known universe. They fail to say where Speck came from, though, so apparently Speck has no beginning. Thus Speck is their god. It's a lot slower than my God, though.
Well... considering your "speck" didn't explode, you're off to a bad start. Secondly, if you feel cosmology is a "god", then you really need take your meds now. Thirdly, remember the definition of delusion?
Anything that takes priority in your life is your god. Whatever is the number one most important thing, aspect, or person in your life is what you "worship." For the die-hard evolutionist, it is the belief that the universe was generated by the random-chance expansion of a speck smaller than an atomic particle. I still have the college textbook detailing the theory. And I must say, it is truly unbelievable. And unobserved, and therefore doesn't fit the definition of 'science.'
Gods are objects of worship, yes? Check out the definition of worship:
"The reverent love and devotion accorded a deity, an idol, or a sacred object."
"To regard with ardent or adoring esteem or devotion."
These definitions make it quite clear that whoever or whatever is number one in your life--even yourself--is your god.
And I'm flattered that you think me an expert in mythology, but I'm not. All I know is that myths are not necessarily false. Wrap your head around that one.
Hitler was a Catholic, and had a 90% Christian population following him, Stalin studied in a missionary school, did not believe in a god in the end, but had a 90% Christian population following him and taking his orders.
There is no ideology behind atheism, it cannot give you morals, values or dogmas and thus cannot even give you hatred.
Hitler and Stalin, learnt everything from Christianity and a 90% Christian society that gave no space for any other ideology.
" You can see that in both their words and their actions."
Really? Then I challenge you to put forth any documentation that Hitler was an atheist. Good luck with that. However, Torquemata, Martin Luther, Augustine, and Guy WERE definitely theists. you can't weasle your way around that.
I can't, because Hitler was not an atheist. He was an anti-theist. He wanted to destroy God and take his place. Take this quote, for example:
"The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is Christianity's illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity...."
Why would Borrman lie about what his god told him to believe? And consider that Hitler's public quotes "supporting" Christianity were made during his rise to power. They were campaign promises. And you know how trustworthy those are. Besides, if Hitler was an anti-theist, then he was also anti-truth. After all, telling the truth was God's idea to begin with. Just read Exodus 20.
Read the bible? Yer kidding, right? Why would I read fairytales as an adult?
Roper translated(poorly) from Genoud's french... which was translated from Pickers German... as said by Bormann. But then... you believe other fairy tales are real too, eh?
Because you need to know the arguments the other side is making if you're going to refute them. How will you know where I'm coming from unless you know where I'm coming from?
I've read the bible. I've read the Book of Mormon, Quran, Popol Vuh, Bagavahd Gita, Dao de Ching, and numerous other theological texts. I know where you're coming from.
Anyone who proclaimed to me that Gandalf was real, and that I needed to be wary of Sauron and Saruman I deem to be deluded. That includes you. Have a nice day.
So what brought you here? Why were you searching for videos of Richard Wurmbrand, if you're so insistent that you're right and everyone who disagrees with you is delusional? Why do you care?
No, other people do that. If a person is given the choice between adhering to their faith and dying or renouncing their faith and going free, and they choose to remain firm and are thus killed, they are a martyr. In the modern definition of the word, that is. Originally 'martyr' meant simply, 'witness.'
Martyr--from the word martus. The upsilon in this word can be transliterated as a y.
Martus--witness
So, 'martyr' and 'silent' are fairly mutually exclusive.
Besides, I'm going to defend my brothers and sisters in chains. Many of them are children, and none deserve the treatment they are receiving. They may be heroes for suffering, but that means they should receive our honor, not our disdain.
Funny... seems to me you're writing in English. Not ancient Hellenic. Therefore, 'martyr' does NOT mean 'witness'.
Any adult who believes Santa Clause is real, in the modern world, deserves nothing but disdain. We're grown up now. Even a 12 year old knows there is no tooth fairy.
The modern definition of martyr is someone who suffers and/or dies FOR THEIR WITNESS. The modern and ancient definitions of martyr are related, and always will be. When words seem to change meaning, they do not necessarily drop their original meaning. 'Gay' still means 'happy,' so why shouldn't 'martyr' still mean 'witness'?
The word 'gay' remains ENGLISH. In German, 'Gay' is the letter 'G'. So, if you're speaking English, then the word mrtyr means: ''1. One who chooses to suffer death rather than renounce religious principles.
2. One who makes great sacrifices or suffers much in order to further a belief, cause, or principle.
3.
a. One who endures great suffering: a martyr to arthritis.
b. One who makes a great show of suffering in order to arouse sympathy.
Does an adult who believes in Santa Claus deserve to be stripped of all his dignity and beaten to within an inch of his life? Does he deserve to have his family harassed to the point where his daughter attempts to take her own life? Does he deserve to be burned out of his house? Does he deserve electrical shock, toothpicks to his genitals, or separation from his family in prison without legal representation?
Does a teenage girl who believes in the tooth fairy deserve to be raped?
Are these individuals demanding special rights based on their delusions? Are they demanding that only they carry the truth of Santa Clause, and breaking the laws of other nations based on those delusions?
These people need to be cured. They are sick. Their perceptions are skewed. Many of them do need to be put away since they've mentally abused others who do not share their delusions.
Those that get really annoying... should be harrassed, and ridiculed.
Regarding the attempted suicide of the daughter, if this actually happened, I wouldn't hold the 'harrassers" liable, but the parents.
How embarrassing it must be for a young person to watch their parents run around like lunatics professing that 'Sky Daddy' will save everyone only if they'd listen? That's child abuse in, and of, itself.
You are sick. Sick, sick, sick. I hope for your kids' sake you never have any. If ever I should meet you in person, I will recommend that every parent of a special needs child within a ten-mile radius of you gets a restraining order on you. I wouldn't trust you to take care of my dog. You probably also personally support sex trafficking. You would probably be the one raping the Christian girl or torturing the Christian attorney, wouldn't you? You are the one who needs locking up, not me.
Typical mythologist. Completely skewing the meaning of any criticism of your delusions, and viewing them as some sort of satanic attack. I don't blame you. I blame those that have brainwashed you. Another mind wasted in the pursuit of superstition.
You're deluded. Bordering on insane. Because of the nature of your illness, you should be institutionalized. Your ilk was standing next to, and obeying the orders of Torquemata et al.
You're right. True, pure atheism cannot produce hatred. All it can produce is apathy. So why do atheists still hate Christians? Why was Dulgheru so insistent that there was no God, that he tried to torture Pastor Wurmbrand into saying as much? Perhaps it's because there's no such thing as pure atheism...
I'm an atheists already over 30 years now, my mother know about it only in the last few years, some friends have known it recently after over 20 years.
I'm an atheist only when I speak about religion, not like many religious people that live there ideology, religion or whatever continuously.
Anthony Flew, recognizes the existence of GOD, for five decades this English philosopher wrote against the idea of a creator, until 2004 DNA proved to him the existence of a creator now he wrote a book called " There is a GOD" , only the fools say there isn't one, one day they'll now the truth, sadly it will be too LATE !
Why do I get the feeling that those who are criticizing this man have not watched this video or read his books telling of his experiances?

This man Wurbrand has went nuts. I do not believe a word from what he is saying, an opportunist scoundrel.

Thank you for this post. It's a great way to raise awareness for the persecuted church around the world. It's also a great encouragement that in our darkest times, Jesus is still with us.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago 23
@AtarahDerek
Persercuted and persecutor.
But obviously the second would never be remembered.
saintpine 2 years ago
Well that depends. Everyone remembers Saul of Tarsus, who became Paul. I remember Pastor Wurmbrand's friend who went from persecuting Jews to saving them. And we all remember Nero, Titus, Hitler, Stalin, Mao Tse Tung, and Kim Il Sung and the fact that they never repented.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
I had no doubt, you would not remember one.
The church is a big power and has the population minds, any despotic and totalitarian government will see them as a risk, no matter what fairy tale the believe.
saintpine 2 years ago
I remember one. Colonel Dulgheru. He was the officer in charge of Pastor Wurmbrand's torture. He had Wurmbrand thrown into solitary confinement when Wurmband forgave him instead of lashing out in anger like Dulgheru wanted. I heard that he was later put in prison himself, though I don't know why. I think he died there.
Oh, and then there's Thomas Henry, who betrayed William Tyndale to his death. No idea on Henry's final fate.
Why do governments hate Christians so much?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
@AtarahDerek
governments hate however is a risk for their power, who do you expect they hate in a country where 90% of the population are Christians ?
The church is a second government, it's totalitarian, there is no democratic choice of there leaders and these people can steer a nation even against their leaders.
The church had and still has power in all schools, best men in government positions, and control many state services.
Don't be so naive to think it's a pure religious issue.
saintpine 2 years ago
What about China, where Christians comprise less than 10% of the population? Or in Muslim countries, where they usually make up 1-8%?
I'll tell you why. Because love is a threat to dictators, and Christians preach and demonstrate love, even for their enemies. Just ask Richard here. Did you know that when he loved one of his enemies, he had a hand in the rescue of hundreds of Jews from Hitler?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Wait, you whine about a supposed persecution, and then point out that you love and forgive your enemies? Good. You have given all the needed reason for you to shutup now. Case closed. Another mythologist defeated by sheer reason. Have a nice day.
Exmech2 2 years ago
We forgive them and pray for them, but that does not justify what they do. Forgiveness is a means of healing wounds. It is not saying that it's okay to inflict those wounds.
I'm sensing some bitterness from you. You need to forgive. You only hurt yourself by not forgiving.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
@AtarahDerek
So only Christian love ?, all others have a sad, bad life, the Christians arrive to teach them the real life.
????
I just cannot believe a person could come out with such stupidy.
saintpine 2 years ago
A lot of people use gifts and superficial love to try to find joy. Christians use love to demonstrate that we have already found Joy, and we want to share it with the world. We have found a perfect Love, and no love is complete without Him. We just can't keep Him to ourselves.

faith
firm belief in something for which there is no proof
delusion
Psychiatry: A false belief strongly held in spite of invalidating evidence, especially as a symptom of mental illness: delusions of persecution.
Anyone see a pattern here?
Exmech2 2 years ago
So those scars are imagined, then? There was no shooting at a church in Egypt over Christmas? Gao Zhisheng is not really being tortured, and his family was never threatened? Everyone everywhere respects all human rights all the time?
What fantasy world are you living in?
btw, you cannot provide "invalidating evidence" against what I believe, short of killing all Jews and Christians. Hitler and Stalin both failed to do that. What makes you think you can do better?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Then feel free to move to Egypt and take up the good fight.
I cannot provide invalidating evidence? Lolz... the sure sign of delusion.
Exmech2 2 years ago
...he said as he failed to produce even a reference to said evidence. At least I gave you names to google.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Names? Lolz! Guess what? Abiogenesis and Evolution remove all silly notions of "original sin". Cosmology removes the necessity of a "creator".Thusly, the mythology falls once again. The world does happen to be sphericle. Bats are NOT birds. Likewise rabbits are NOT ruminants. Have a nice day o' deluded one.
lrn2reason
Exmech2 2 years ago
Okay, first of all...what's a ruminant?
Second, how does cosmology remove the necessity of a creator? Isn't Speck the one you claim as your creator? What ticked Speck off anyway, that he went and blew up like that? Where did Speck even come from?
In the beginning God vs. in the beginning Speck. How is the latter more scientific than the former?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
First, if you don't know what a ruminant is, why not get a dictionary?
Second... what the fuck is "speck"? Are trying to say that you're completely ignorant of modern cosmology that you can only attack strawmen?
How is one more scientific? First, you have to get education in the "one" before asking that question.
Exmech2 2 years ago
Oh...kosher. Got it. Although the question was meant to lighten the mood a bit. Killjoy. :P
Anywho, Speck is what I've christened the teeny tiny little piece of something that big bang theorists say exploded into the known universe. They fail to say where Speck came from, though, so apparently Speck has no beginning. Thus Speck is their god. It's a lot slower than my God, though.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Well... considering your "speck" didn't explode, you're off to a bad start. Secondly, if you feel cosmology is a "god", then you really need take your meds now. Thirdly, remember the definition of delusion?
Exmech2 2 years ago
Anything that takes priority in your life is your god. Whatever is the number one most important thing, aspect, or person in your life is what you "worship." For the die-hard evolutionist, it is the belief that the universe was generated by the random-chance expansion of a speck smaller than an atomic particle. I still have the college textbook detailing the theory. And I must say, it is truly unbelievable. And unobserved, and therefore doesn't fit the definition of 'science.'
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
[Anything that takes priority in your life is your god.]
This has to be one of the most idiotic posts I've seen coming from a mythologist.
May I suggest you step and do some research into MODERN cosmology.
Exmech2 2 years ago
Gods are objects of worship, yes? Check out the definition of worship:
"The reverent love and devotion accorded a deity, an idol, or a sacred object."
"To regard with ardent or adoring esteem or devotion."
These definitions make it quite clear that whoever or whatever is number one in your life--even yourself--is your god.
And I'm flattered that you think me an expert in mythology, but I'm not. All I know is that myths are not necessarily false. Wrap your head around that one.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
@AtarahDerek
Hitler and Stalin, learnt everything from Christianity and a 90% Christian society that gave no space for any other ideology.
saintpine 2 years ago
Hitler and Stalin were both anti-theists. You can see that in both their words and their actions.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
" You can see that in both their words and their actions."
Really? Then I challenge you to put forth any documentation that Hitler was an atheist. Good luck with that. However, Torquemata, Martin Luther, Augustine, and Guy WERE definitely theists. you can't weasle your way around that.
Exmech2 2 years ago
I can't, because Hitler was not an atheist. He was an anti-theist. He wanted to destroy God and take his place. Take this quote, for example:
"The heaviest blow that ever struck humanity was the coming of Christianity. Bolshevism is Christianity's illegitimate child. Both are inventions of the Jew. The deliberate lie in the matter of religion was introduced into the world by Christianity...."
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Or this, also from the lips of Hitler:
"We'll see to it that the Churches cannot spread abroad teachings in conflict with the interests of the State."
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
You make the historical fatal mistake of saying "Hitler said so and so". When, accurately, you should say "Boorman said Hitler said so and so".
Exmech2 2 years ago
Why would Borrman lie about what his god told him to believe? And consider that Hitler's public quotes "supporting" Christianity were made during his rise to power. They were campaign promises. And you know how trustworthy those are. Besides, if Hitler was an anti-theist, then he was also anti-truth. After all, telling the truth was God's idea to begin with. Just read Exodus 20.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Read the bible? Yer kidding, right? Why would I read fairytales as an adult?
Roper translated(poorly) from Genoud's french... which was translated from Pickers German... as said by Bormann. But then... you believe other fairy tales are real too, eh?
Exmech2 2 years ago
Because you need to know the arguments the other side is making if you're going to refute them. How will you know where I'm coming from unless you know where I'm coming from?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
I've read the bible. I've read the Book of Mormon, Quran, Popol Vuh, Bagavahd Gita, Dao de Ching, and numerous other theological texts. I know where you're coming from.
Anyone who proclaimed to me that Gandalf was real, and that I needed to be wary of Sauron and Saruman I deem to be deluded. That includes you. Have a nice day.
Exmech2 2 years ago
So what brought you here? Why were you searching for videos of Richard Wurmbrand, if you're so insistent that you're right and everyone who disagrees with you is delusional? Why do you care?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
They where "anti" whatever went in their way, but your prefer creating religious Martyrs all over the place.
saintpine 2 years ago
No, other people do that. If a person is given the choice between adhering to their faith and dying or renouncing their faith and going free, and they choose to remain firm and are thus killed, they are a martyr. In the modern definition of the word, that is. Originally 'martyr' meant simply, 'witness.'
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Good. Then you can be a happy muslim or christian martyr, and leave the rest of us alone.
Exmech2 2 years ago
"What good is bein' able to talk if ya hafta keep secrets all the time?" -Donkey in "Shrek"
"Martyr" means "witness," remember?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Late greek martur was witness. Martyr, however, is:
mar·tyr (märtr)
n.
So... suffer quietly if you don't mind.
lrn2reason
Exmech2 2 years ago
Martyr--from the word martus. The upsilon in this word can be transliterated as a y.
Martus--witness
So, 'martyr' and 'silent' are fairly mutually exclusive.
Besides, I'm going to defend my brothers and sisters in chains. Many of them are children, and none deserve the treatment they are receiving. They may be heroes for suffering, but that means they should receive our honor, not our disdain.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Funny... seems to me you're writing in English. Not ancient Hellenic. Therefore, 'martyr' does NOT mean 'witness'.
Any adult who believes Santa Clause is real, in the modern world, deserves nothing but disdain. We're grown up now. Even a 12 year old knows there is no tooth fairy.
Exmech2 2 years ago
The modern definition of martyr is someone who suffers and/or dies FOR THEIR WITNESS. The modern and ancient definitions of martyr are related, and always will be. When words seem to change meaning, they do not necessarily drop their original meaning. 'Gay' still means 'happy,' so why shouldn't 'martyr' still mean 'witness'?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
The word 'gay' remains ENGLISH. In German, 'Gay' is the letter 'G'. So, if you're speaking English, then the word mrtyr means: ''1. One who chooses to suffer death rather than renounce religious principles.
2. One who makes great sacrifices or suffers much in order to further a belief, cause, or principle.
3.
a. One who endures great suffering: a martyr to arthritis.
b. One who makes a great show of suffering in order to arouse sympathy.
Are you speaking Hellenic, or English?
Exmech2 2 years ago
Does an adult who believes in Santa Claus deserve to be stripped of all his dignity and beaten to within an inch of his life? Does he deserve to have his family harassed to the point where his daughter attempts to take her own life? Does he deserve to be burned out of his house? Does he deserve electrical shock, toothpicks to his genitals, or separation from his family in prison without legal representation?
Does a teenage girl who believes in the tooth fairy deserve to be raped?
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Are these individuals demanding special rights based on their delusions? Are they demanding that only they carry the truth of Santa Clause, and breaking the laws of other nations based on those delusions?
These people need to be cured. They are sick. Their perceptions are skewed. Many of them do need to be put away since they've mentally abused others who do not share their delusions.
Those that get really annoying... should be harrassed, and ridiculed.
Exmech2 2 years ago
Regarding the attempted suicide of the daughter, if this actually happened, I wouldn't hold the 'harrassers" liable, but the parents.
How embarrassing it must be for a young person to watch their parents run around like lunatics professing that 'Sky Daddy' will save everyone only if they'd listen? That's child abuse in, and of, itself.
Exmech2 2 years ago
You are sick. Sick, sick, sick. I hope for your kids' sake you never have any. If ever I should meet you in person, I will recommend that every parent of a special needs child within a ten-mile radius of you gets a restraining order on you. I wouldn't trust you to take care of my dog. You probably also personally support sex trafficking. You would probably be the one raping the Christian girl or torturing the Christian attorney, wouldn't you? You are the one who needs locking up, not me.
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
Typical mythologist. Completely skewing the meaning of any criticism of your delusions, and viewing them as some sort of satanic attack. I don't blame you. I blame those that have brainwashed you. Another mind wasted in the pursuit of superstition.
You're deluded. Bordering on insane. Because of the nature of your illness, you should be institutionalized. Your ilk was standing next to, and obeying the orders of Torquemata et al.
Exmech2 2 years ago
You're right. True, pure atheism cannot produce hatred. All it can produce is apathy. So why do atheists still hate Christians? Why was Dulgheru so insistent that there was no God, that he tried to torture Pastor Wurmbrand into saying as much? Perhaps it's because there's no such thing as pure atheism...
AtarahDerek 2 years ago
@AtarahDerek
Atheists don't hate Christians, how the hell could they, every atheist has Christian family and friends.
Atheism is simply a declaration of not believing a supernatural being, it cannot substitute a religion or any other ideology, moral or values.
So Ideologically speaking, there are no atheists, but many people from different ideologies happen to be also atheists.
The majority of atheist are indistinguishable from there fellow religious believers.
saintpine 2 years ago
I'm an atheists already over 30 years now, my mother know about it only in the last few years, some friends have known it recently after over 20 years.
I'm an atheist only when I speak about religion, not like many religious people that live there ideology, religion or whatever continuously.

The greatest atheist of the world
Anthony Flew, recognizes the existence of GOD, for five decades this English philosopher wrote against the idea of a creator, until 2004 DNA proved to him the existence of a creator now he wrote a book called " There is a GOD" , only the fools say there isn't one, one day they'll now the truth, sadly it will be too LATE !
