@Blados3rd MC (first 2 characteres of model number) means that the iPod Touch has a new bootrom that makes it harder to jailbreak. BTW- don't worry about what a bootrom is, just know that they are harder to jailbreak.

Dude..... you are the fucking MAN!!! you dont know how many different fuckin videos i went through tryna get my shit to work... i kept having the problem with it reconizing the ispw.. and so i tried your video.. and after about 10 tries.. i finally got it to work!! idk if any1 else had this problem.. but during the jailbreak. redsnow kept crashing.. after the 3rd reboot.. i would get about 1/3-1/2 of the way done adn it would crash.. but after about 10 tried.. got it to work. Follow both comex and musclenerd to be updated with the latest jailbreak updates. Musclernerd and comex say that facetime breaks when the iphone 4 is jailbroken. They are trying to fix this as we speak

hi! i was able to jailbreak my iphone 3g and it was fine for a few days until i had a battery empty..when i charged it i noticed all my downloaded apps are gone so i tried syncing it with itunes. it did but all the transferred apps are just white, just like with cydia before...any help with this?

Iunno if you know how to fix this or know about the problem but for the iPod touch MB.... model i am able to jailbreak without problems except for when I install something from Cydia that asks me to Restart Springboard, my iPod goes into Safe Mode and I cant get out because the only option to fix it is to restart. If have been using redsn0w for a long time and other jailbreaks and have never come across this before. If you know any solutions please respond.

@AppOSX i first did the normal complete upgrade which you said to do so that the icon for Cydia wasn't white. Then i did what i always do and that is install 5 row and 5 column. When i did 5 column it said to restart and thats when it did the stupid restart thing I said before. I jailbreak the same iPod 4 times and the same thing kept on happening with anything i had to restart springboard.
