No you don't. I'm a proud member of Thomson Virtual. Go through the form again, leave the hours from another virtual airline empty, and just click submit. After a few days, someone will get back to you. (reply to 'ThepowerofGE90')

I am part of thomsonfly virtual, its great , freindly people and good trainers, they taught me to fly the PMDG 737-800, its great:)

All the VATSIM UK controllers have quit it is terrible the management is crap! BAV is much btter and I also fly for VPA.

You need to use another program to record it, such as MovieCam, or Fraps. Then us Windows Movie Maker to edit it.
