Well... If one's discovering the series (A kid obviously, since the eldests already know), starting with NEW HOPE allows a huge shocking surprise in EMPIRE... Just as when the original audience discovered it in 1980. Starting with PHANTOM blows the whole surprise away.

@yanndick this might sound weird but i have a friend whose girlfriend had never seen any of them, and he showed them to her like this. Episode: 1,4,2,5,3,6 so it went prequel, original, prequel, original etc and in that way she was still surprised by episode 5 because she was expecting anakin to die in episode 3, not become evil.

@w0to I'm not sure what you mean, w0to. There is a change in the music soundtrack at 2:07, and I used the explosion of the gunship to cover that change (it's pretty noticeable without the loud, distracting sound). I similarly used Palpatine's yell and lightning to cover up the music transition at the end (though a little less successfully, in my opinion).

Hmm. A little constructive criticism: Good try at a Star Wars trailer/tribute but... I felt at times some of the bit of the video were entirely random instead of thought out properly like you chopped up the movies into pieces took a bit u wanted put it in then to fill in some time you picked a bit randomely and slapped it in the video. For example some of the yoda/gg fight scens had nothing to do with wat you were building the trailer to be therefore uninteresting. Other than that great video.

I loved the overall feel to it. The use of original music. The perfect timing of quotes and the father/son analogy, the build-up to a climax and perfect segways (lightning to lightning, fire to fire, and the Jedi bits were great.) Perfect editing.

It was pretty good, the audio (from the films) was a bit jumpy, try fading the audio clips out, the music was fairly good..
