If you are eating fish, you can definitely do your own seasoing. Play with garlic, ginger,turmeric, masala, etc. Go to some african/indian grocery stores and pick up some excellent herbs and spices. Eat healthy honey and season to your liking like I do. Love salt? Okay, get mediterranean sea salt or kosher salt, etc. I have learned to not be stingy with my spices and flavors. :). @TheKjizzle09 I agree. I have turned away totally from American cuisine and have gone vegetarian/vegan. I also have began to embrace the eating habits of other cultures (india, jamaican, african, etc). What you said is so true. Meals are much healthier and very tasty.
i know this is over year ago but if your eating fish try lemon pepper .

look at some jaimaican recipes..they tend to be yummy and alot of them are healthy! look up some on google!
