It came on the car when I bought it.Strangely, I think they only make borla stingers for 99+ as I have never found them nor heard of them myself on a pre 99. You could see where the brackets were bent a little bit to get it to fit right. Sorry man, I don't have an answer for you.
@tyrantfuryre So ultimately, I was baffled myself when I saw it on the car. I have no idea. I matched up the set up/look of the exhaust and that's what I found it to be. ::shrugs::
