@laxinthe303 If you have ever done "heavy" weights with the dip-belt with chain you would understand that keeping your spine straight as a pole would be impossible. As you can see and I have tried this as well, the heavier you go on these dips with that belt he uses the more likely you will bend forward. This is perfect form for the most part. Try doing dips with the a dip belt like this with weights, the weight on that belt shifts your angle and theres nothing u can do about it.
