  • where can i get this kit?? with all the harness??? so it can be plug and play, also are all the 2006 accords pre wired? thanks

  • @chhonda About how long does it take to install the fog lights? Also I've got an '07 Accord If I buy the basic OEM fog lights can I replace the bulbs with a HID 8000k to match the headlights?

  • @Aviation015 Install time is 2-3 hours. Stock bulbs are 55 watt so don't vary too much on the wattage.

  • @chhonda What is the bulb size for the '07 Accord standard fog lights?

  • @Aviation015 H11

  • I got the same problem, i bought ebay foglights and cant install them, can you help?

  • @stickney111 Unfortunately we stick with only OEM fogs. We would not be able to help with aftermarket installs.

  • Well i have purchased a 2003 honda accord ex sedan and updated it with a 2006 accord accord front end and i also gotten a after market foglight kit and it specifically doesnt have the the terminals you would need to fit into the 14 and 20 pin connector. They are enclose in a casing with the fuse attached will this be a issue?

  • @cocoboyalex Not an issue. That is a common aftermarket set up.

  • Keep in mind folks this video shows a 2006-2007 sedan installation. Different model years and coupes will be different. Make sure you order the correct kit for your vehicle and consult the correct directions before proceeding.

  • This is a GREAT video. However, I have a 2004 Accord Coupe V6 M/T. I got to the part where I removed the 14 and 20 pin connectors from the relay box. Unlike yours, my foglight harness has 1 blue wire, 1 red wire and 1 black wire. I connected the blue wire terminals into the vehicle 14-pin connector. I connected the red wire terminal into the vehicle 20-pin connector. Is the black wire onnected to the 14-pin or the 20-pin and in which slot exactly? May you please help me? Thanks a lot!!

  • i have an 05 accord coupe on the engine harness there's a brown connector plug where do i plug that into? my car doesn't seem to have a connector to fit.

they are OEM and i've looked through the PDF files and still can't find it...

  • i watch this video just to jam out to this song haha

  • at around 5:40... how do you know which tiny slot to place the appropriate wires? which wire goes to which slot?

  • @onotarh Refer to the PDF directions on our web site for terminal locations.

  • @chhonda Thanks for your prompt response! After scouring your website, the only PDF I could find was one of a contract. Could you please give me the direct link to the PDF Directions? Thank you!

  • @onotarh You don't have to look that hard. Accessory instructions are posted with each individual accessory. Simply look at 2006-2007 Accord accessories and you will easily find the fog light kit. YouTube doesn't allow links in comments to outside web sites.

  • @chhonda Thanks for clarifying that, looked for the fog light accessory and easily found the pdf.

  • is their a kit for 03-05 ?

  • I bought fog light from ebay and it not like this one. Can you help me install them? I tryed really hard but cant find out how to do it. Thank You.. oh yh its a 07 accord 4 door v6

  • I bought fog light from ebay and it not like this one. Can you help me install them? I tryed really hard but cant find out how to do it. Thank You

  • I found the 6 pin connector but I still have no idea where the two pin connector is. The one that is taped to the ssteering line does not fit. I got a brown two pin connector help me out. Please and thank you

  • it seems like im missing the wires under my steering wheel that you plugged into when you routed the wires from the hole, i think its the 2 bit and the 6 pin connector, what do i do? is it there but just taped to something else?

  • @DST408 send me your email and i can help with what i have done

  • I bought eBay fog lights and they are set up nothing like this, they don't even touch the fuse box but I have a problem trying to install them. Can any one help?

  • @MultiChicklets These are the Honda accessory fog lights. An aftermarket version will have a significantly different installation. Typically those systems are a cut and splice wire set up instead of a plug-n-play harness.

  • @MultiChicklets I have the same problem i cant find out how to install them. i bought them from ebay. Can you help me out?

  • I followed the instructions from the OEM manual to the T and my lights do not turn on. Its is a Genuine OEM honda kit for the 06-07 accord range and i have a 06 accord VP. The only step i wasn't 100% on was the 14-pin and 20-pin blue and blue/red wire positions. but your video shows the same exact positions i used so that step is correct. Any idea why my fogs are not turning on?? the LED indicator light comes on from the fog switch button but still no light coming out of the fogs

  • @PlatanoDelarosa It can be something as simple as the ground. It is hard to diagnose without being there though. Make sure the part number you bought was 08V31-SDA-102.

  • @chhonda i think that part number is for the all inclusive KIT. I actually went out and bought all the parts separately these are the Part #'s:(for 06-07)

    39795-SB2-003-Honda RELAY ASSY., POWER (4P) (RC-2201) (MITSUBA)

    08V31-SDA-10130-Honda FOGLIGHT SWITCH HARNESS

    08V31-SDA-1M035-Honda SWITCH, FOGLIGHT

    08V31-SDA-10131-Honda FOGLIGHT HARNESS

The only ground you really have to worry about is the ground attached to the hood release right? Because that one i am sure i connect correctly.

  • @PlatanoDelarosa Looks like you are trying to piece together a kit from different components? All the part numbers you listed are good for 06-07.

  • I bought an Ebay kit that's supposed to be "Oem" and the switch isn't the correct switch, is there a way you can buy just the switch for the fog lights? Mine wont fit in the blanks.

  • @dre5491 Yes you can buy just the switch.

  • i got a 2007 hybrid and it is a genuine honda part lol maybe it is the ground. i put my ground in the spot it says in the manual but i will try it in the spot ya showed

  • I installed this yesterday the switch lights work but the fog lights don't come on

  • @animefreakt Unfortunately there are a ton of possible variables. Is it the right kit for your model year? Have you double checked your connections and grounds? Is it an OEM kit or an aftermarket knock off? Did you try to install this on a non US vehicle? The fogs only work with the low beams turned on, etc, etc. If you can't figure it out you may need to take a trip to the dealer to have them troubleshoot.

  • I installed this on an 05 accord and just like someone else mentioned, I only have one side of my lights working. The switch works, only the left lights on my car come on; Left low beam and fog light. PLS HELP!

  • i so want foglight for my car but it seems pretty hard to do that :/

  • what type of fuse did you put in

    5,10,15,20,25,

    please

  • @WANERBLACK05 20A. It comes with the kit.

  • i ran through a problem when i installed my fog lights. when i plug in the right relay and into the right plug it wouldnt work i have two relay of course but when i switch it and used the grey relay it worked but the light doesnt turn off but stays on and the oem switch doesnt do nothing. i brought a new black relay yesterday thinking it was the problem but it didnt help. any suggestion? i have 2003 honda accord sedan v6? message me anybody has any idea because im stumped

  • i've been to almost every youtube channel and turned off the lights!!!!muahahhahahahahahahahaha

  • WHATS THE BULB SIZE ON THE FOG LIGHT?

  • is installation for the coupe pretty much the same...i have an EX-L and i've purchase the kit from your website...do i need a harness or is everything already provided?

  • @MrKnowItAll301 The coupe is similar. Honda fog light kits come with everything you need for installation with the exception of tools.

  • would this be the same proses to a 2004 ACURA TSX

  • where are you guys located?

  • @LCVelasquez3 Wooster, Ohio

  • @chhonda Hello I really like your videos and I need Help with installing fog lights on my Camry 2004 can you please help me or make video thanks in advance

  • i am planning on installing aftermarket fog lights on my 03 accord and am not sure of where to route the wire from the engine to cabin. I am not using the Honda fuses but a seperate fuse. There fore I need to know how to get a cable wire from the enigine to cabin. Thanks

  • yeah i did buy them off ebay!!! what do u mean i will need two lines going to the battery? i understand that u run them str8 to the under steering whell location but what needs two lines to the battery

  • i got OEM fog lights and there is no 2 pin to plug into the 14 and 20 connector, on the harness. any idea

  • @stickney111 yo stickney, did you buy the ones off of ebay? if you did you can just route them through the fender without going through the pin connector. you will need two lines going to the battery though...

  • How did you route the harness from the engine area into the cabin area?

  • sweet i love fog lights.

  • thanks a lot man!! you're the boss. I have just installed the fogs to my accord coupe 07 with the help of your video and the intructions there in your website. Keep up the good work. :)

  • all the cars have about the same basic set up. some just make it more fancy but i have a 99 mitsu mirage and it already has the wiring harness in fact when i opned the fuse box i saw a fuse for fog lights too, but i dont have fog lights. i looked under the dash and i saw some connecetor just there doing nothing. so if it all adds up u think ill just be able to buy the lights and a switch and rest is plug and play?

  • i bought some JDM style fogs but the harness was only one piece and your instructions show two, there aren't any female connectors under my dash where the male connectors on the harness would clip on to... any suggestions?

  • are the steps the same for the 2006 accord coupe 2dr? I've just bought the foglight kit for my car but was wondering if it's the the same pattern to follow on the coupe version. I have 6Cylinders EX and don't know if the wiring to connect the wiring is the same under the dash or there is the fuse box by the engine. Does somebody knows? thank you

  • @theboss4you Similar. Printed instructions are available on our web site.

  • great music.

  • how do you wire the from the battery inside cabin is there any hose through the fire wall

  • in what state are you located in?

  • @LCVelasquez3 Ohio

  • i have a 2010 honda accord sedan lx is there anyway i can put fog lights on them??

  • @hacticz You can but it will just have to be something other than a Honda kit unless you can make wiring modifications on your own.

  • @chhonda umm what kit would u suggest then?

  • im trying to do this on my own following this video but i cant take the 2 clips on the corners, they all comes out easy except for those 2, any help on that? thanks

  • I'm new to the fog light scene and a bit confused on hearing about "temperature gauge". I have a 2006 accord that i recently installed HID lights...Would these fog lights be able to install?

  • I'm new to the fog light scene. I have a 2006 accord coupe...Can someone please explain this temperature gauge and whether I can or can't?!?! Thanks

  • I have a question, does this apply to 03 honda accord coupe as well since this is for 06-07? I'm planning to follow this great instructional video if theres no changes? I'm afraid of messing up the electrical wiring part. thanks. A message to me will be great since i don't really re-check this video, Thanks

  • you wouldnt know or have a templet for fog lights? Or do you know if it is hard to free cut your bumper? I have a 2004 accord 4 door...Cant find the templates for it

  • what tipe of wire did you use? what gauge?

  • i have a question, is it true that you cannot install fog lights if you have the tempater gage in your gage cluster? this is what the dealer told me becasue i have already installd a 10k hid kit and would like the fogs 2 match in my 06 accord sedan ex. thx! great vid and beats!!!

  • That is correct. They cannot be installed together.

  • hey i have a question i just bought fog lights for my 95 honda civic how do i know how to wire them properly with messing up

  • i have this same vehicle and it looks like it is wired up already is that true or do i run the wires that the lights came with?

  • How great! Is there any chance you will make a similar vid for the 09 coupe?

  • good video, it did show almost every connection to be made however, it didn't show were to connect the 3 pin connector after the relay...
