The enforcement of contract laws is also needed, which would keep things fair and balanced. If the free market were left to it's own devises the mega banks wouldn't have gotten bailed out and the criminals would be behind bars.

Governments are too big and collude with corporations that make corporations too big. Central banks have distorted the market to prop up their pals and screw the majority. The libertarian approach to free markets is the best way to insure that the rights of the individual are protected as well as giving everybody the same fair chance to survive and thrive.

RBE is the superior solution but old habits die hard. It will only emerge when it becomes an immediate survival necessity. For now, people are happy with their shiny toys, god(s) , promise of afterlife, and pursuit of wealth. TZM will be better off establishing an independent city. Perhaps something similar to the Amish but they still have to follow corrupt laws. Unless you can create a new independent state or find a sympathetic country, you are SOL.

Duane Mullin book was written in 2008/2009.
The initial objection was Mullin's use of the term Resource Based Economy.
At that time Jacque was trying to copyright that term (which he later failed in doing)
VTV started the plagiarism charges about this 6½ moths ago on TZMforums
It took way too many months between that and Neil dropping the title as "official spokesman"
