That's Mario Paint Composer. I use the original for SNES, which (besides no accidentals) only allows 3 notes per beat, and you can't have two instruments on the same note.

I just get way too many people saying that my videos are off key (just look at the comments for my Chemical Plant video - almost half of them say the bass is off!), or that "this guy did it better [insert link to Composer video]", and it's starting to get on my nerves. If people even did a tiny bit of research before insulting me, all of it could be avoided...

Actually, the notes are correctly transposed, but in the beginning, the chords are backwards (A-E rather than high E-A), which makes it sound different than it should. That, and this is one of my laggiest videos; the spacing between the notes isn't very consistant.

Yes. If you're talking about Mario Paint, it's an old game for SNES, but you should be able to find it... if you're talking about Fire Emblem 7, it's just called "Fire Emblem" outside of Japan.

Working within the strictest Mario Paint limitations except for using multiple "songs" to make this... for it to sound as near-perfect as it does (a few flowers sound flat in the opening, but it's probably my imagination) takes -skill-. 5/5, though I'd like to give more because Fire Emblem rules.
