  • Have enjoyed all you have posted on this site. Keep em coming. I'm a male jazz singer who also plays piano but I would love to record with you as accompanist. You have a rare soul with the insight into the 'universal mind' of Bill Evans which combined is absolutey beautiful. Thank you for all you have posted. If you ever come to the UK I would like the chance to meet. I live in the channel islands. Take care and regards Paul

  • brilliant......you have such great technique......I don't suppose you have sheet music for this, do you?

  • @musicm8kr Thanks so much. Sorry no sheets.

  • how do you record so great piano sounds?

  • @vocalchords88 Thank you for such a nice compliment!

  • On this one your not getting better, but, much, much greater. Very nice presentation without a doubt.

  • @gerhardia I appreciate it.

  • i like it very much, bravo!

  • Mind if I ask what you're using for your sounds? Piano sounds amazing here!

  • Thanks so much for sharing! Your understated style is so much more expressive than a busier arrangement would be. If you take requests, I'd love to hear you play "She's Out of My Life"

  • You're like the perfect blend of Oscar and Bill! Well done!

  • @nateinunderaminute a very high compliment. Thanks!

  • @GuyX8 Thanks!

  • master!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @zaramosco Ha! I don't claim it, but I appreciate it!

  • OMG*-*

I want to play like this guy someday... I'm so excited with this improvision.

  • @MrWilliamPires much appreciated. Thanks.

  • Exellent playing, really enjoyed your song, listened to the end.

  • Thats a yamaha cp300 :-]

  • Excellent improvisation. That piano sample has impressive tonal variation too. I like the octave runs, did Evans do that? . Reminds me of Shearing.

  • @p1anosteve Shearing was the master of the block chord. That is for sure! I don't think either did a lot of runs.

  • What digital piano did you use in that video???

    Sound's great! :DD

  • This is not happening. Can't be. Anyway - you don't deserve Vintage B Something Someversion Whatever Digital Crap, you deserve Live Delicious Sexy Steinway'n'Sons'n'Daughters at Carnegie Hall.

  • Stunning as always my friend gave me chills

  • Beautiful sound and great plyaing from you!

  • Great playing, I love that song and what you did to it. I don't like the sound of the Galaxy though, just my opinion. It sounds bashy and I can tell it certainly isn't your playing.

  • @davebeeboss Thx Dave. I experimented with some outboard processors on this soundtrack, so you may prefer the sound of the Vintage D in it's more pure form. It's worth listening to the demo's on their website. I find this instrument a pleasure to play. I've really enjoyed your recent posts!

  • @7notemode

Thanks 7note. I have been enjoying yours as well! When I hear you play a tune like this it inspires me to go and play it myself. So thanks for the inspiration.

I will check out the vintage D on your recommendation.

  • this is amazing :') seeing this somehow makes my heart breaks a little because I'm going to college in february and I can no longer play the piano and exercise anymore. I hope you'll keep uploading videos like this to cheer myself up & others out there :)

  • @rnrnrnaa see if you college allows non music majors to take piano, or if they have a music program or get one of the students to help you on the side. Or find a piano close by on campus or in a nearby church. Let nothing like college stop you from pursuing your music. Perseverance

  • OUT STANDING! Damn, that was sweet.

  • Amazing! I can'texplain how much your videos inspire me. It's truly amazing, and, being a 17-year old, I hope in the deepest of my heart, that I may one day be able to play like you!

    Sincerely,

    Matthias
