TheGameHog's CBL Detector V2 (Combat Arms NA)

Hi, I was wondering how you were able to get this working..I tried to make one, but it doesn't receive the pictures from the web, and put them in a picturebox when I click Go..My label will say checking CBL, and when it finishes nothing happens.
