I've played through BG2 several times, but i don't remember this song. are you sure that it's from BG2? This is also not the music that is playing in the fight vs jon irenicus :/

This is the music played during the introduction to chapter 2, I believe, while the narrator is talking.

I recall the narrator talking while this song is playing, and you can hear the sounds of battle in the background.

Not sure if it's played in more than one part of the game.
