It was this scene that made the Janitor my favorite character in the show. And the fact that the two of them never ended up together only made him more heroic to me. This is that one girl, that first love that we never quite recover from and that leaves a forever-lasting wound in our heart, which shows our true nature. I think it showed the Janitor's true nature as well.

I think a good ending and to find out The Janitors name would be something like, the janitor leaves the show because maybe hes moving to a different hospital in the show, and as the janitors walking out of the hospital then JD or Elliot (Probably JD) says "I'm gonna miss you, Ill see you around janitor" and he says "Please, Call me neil." then he walks off into the distance in his janitor uniform with his mop over his shoulder!

Janitor is easily the best character I've ever seen on a TV show. He's hilarious, insane, and every line he says makes you laugh out loud when you think about it later. He's a jerk, but every once in a while he'll show his soft side to JD, Elliot, Cox, or, until her death, Laverne. Oh, and the whole mysterious past with being a failed actor. Plus he's adorable. :3

Janitor's home life changes often. Its not really an error in the show though, he just isn't honest with anyone. I think he's probably alone too and just makes stuff up, but its possible he has a son because their was a storyline around it in one episode where he becomes Dr.Jan Itor or whatever.
