Williamson missed ton of value by slowplaying aces. And the fold is solid but not amazing imho. Easy to put villain on a set or maybe a weird played KQ.

On the river Thaler only beats an unlikely awkward bluff on such a dry board.

yeah it is definitely a sick fold, and im not super familiar with williamsons game but im pretty sure he's pretty nitty, i think it was the bet sizing on the river that tipped the guy off, i think it wouldve been pretty hard to get off his hand if he had've value bet like 2/3 pot or so

@runnerrunner4u oh yeh also didnt realise that so he bet about 6k into a pot of approx 4.5k. I mean if this man is howard lederer the 2nd then its a very easy fold. But still a disciplined fold. and if hes not like lederer then this is a class fold. Ive seen some of thse players before, dont know who they are, but seen them make some great great folds and calls and yet no 1 goes on about them!

actually that was my mistake... pot is actually a little shy of 11k on the river, and he bet 6k, so about half pot value bet... very sick fold

and williamson im pretty sure is fairly tight, and im talking like lederer tight lol
