You don't understand it! They don't think they are poor, they don't suffer. They live just a short grey life. Drugs achogol and crime. Most of them just don't WANT to work. U will not understand until u will see that on your own...

Great job guys! I just want to mention that I've heard of some "gangs" or "wolfpacks" that manage to stay off drugs and even go to school and colleges, with older ones raising little ones. They even have a website.. not sure if you are familiar with it...
