The V10 NSX was to replace the old NSX. That car has been cancelled. Honda continued with a new project instead of a plugin Hybrid, which should replace the S2000.

There is no greater NSX fan than me, but this new car goes against everything I like about the old car. I don't want a front engined, AWD car with a paddle shift system. I definately don't want a huge 5+ Liter engine and the car to obtain its speed from power. Compact, lightweight powerplant please, mid engine, rear drive, 6 speed MT. Make something a driver with no skill would embarass himself in.

Hey Duy817, there are several reasons why an F1 engine cant go into a normal car.

a) Its too expensive

b) Its too noisy

c) It will get too hot at 19K RPM

d) It only last a few hundred miles

e) Its nowhere near legal

f) the only engines used in road cars are GT cars, like le mans, but even they are detuned versions.
