Though I did not have the privilege of watching this deeply affecting race on location, I believe the order goes, from the farthest lane to the screen, in: Dale Rogers, Aaron Peirsol, Ian "speed demon" Crocker, and the winner by popular vote, Craig Chapman.

Before you make false and ridiculous accusations, you should realize that this was a fundraiser swim meet and these athleters from the UT aquatic club and other teams chose to participate on their own free time after competing in a multi-day meet just prior to this meet.
This was a fun meet that involved a lot of quirky events.
As for the no names, all of the athleters were eith olympic champions or currently have Olympic Trial cuts and will be attempting to make the Olympic team this year.
