holy crap...the top 10 i agree with the most thus far.wow! i went crazy when i saw Chrono Trigger on the list,AND for Super Metroid! only game i did not play on this list is Actraiser,and to be frank,dunno if this looks like something i should play but...every other single game counting down from 9 to 1,i had tons of fun with.the SNES might as well be the console with which i had the most fun of my life!! it's that simple!

@Giremsix: Basically, Roms fail in 2 things: 1- They rarely stay true to the original. There are skipped animations, unfaithful sound effects and other minor differences you may not catch in a glance but you definitely can see when you are used to the original game.

2- You are not using the system's original controller and a tv with proper resolution, therefore the experience can't be the same.

I'm not bitchin', Good list, but Megaman X is just decent, compared to the original Megaman.

And there are DEFINETELY better games then Actraiser and Yoshi's Island on the System.

Things like Starfox/Starwing, Donkey Kong Country 2, Earthbound, Hagane, Mario Kart, Super Castlevania IV, Killer Instinct, Turtles in time, Demon's Crest, Illusions of Gaia/Illusions of time all would have made better choices.

OK, I think were miss understanding each other here, what I meant by NO MORTAL KOMBAT was a reference to any of the 4 MK's they made for the SNES. I mean come on UMK3 always has and always will be the best installment of the MK series for both the NES and Genesis. And yes all the MK's aside from the first one for the NES had just as much blood if I remember right as the Genesis versions did.
