  • post a video of how to make it.

  • Great DIY !. The battery protection is ripped off so the rod touches the negative side on one side and the positive side of the batt is touched in the bottom of the hole. The mesh in the trench is getting hot... really hot, it acts as a wire in a bulb light. A real full copper wire cannot be used. The copper will grab all the energy (copper is a too good heat exchanger). So in order to keep all the heat to the mesh, only steel can be use for the rod but copper plated for current conductivity.

  • Sorry for messing up the name btw, cant do a real reply on my iPod ;)

  • @samdog123 but where did you get your copper-coated rod(s)? The only that I could find where in coax cable, but they are kind of small. Thx

  • there aint no LED in there

  • How did you make it? Will you post an instructional video?

  • @illmaster47 No

  • @123samdog What materials did you use? Can you at least post a basic rundown of how you did it?

  • @illmaster47 Wood, copper coated steel rod, stainless steel mesh, clear acrylic and one wood screw. If you cant make one by goggling mflb and looking at a few pics and diagrams ,you probably couldn't make one that works,so no point me explaining to anyone how to make one :)

  • @123samdog

isn't using acrylic kind of a bad idea?

  • Just one uqestion about the mesh, does it just touch the rod, or is it somehow attached to each one?

  • @123samdog Don't be a douchebag. If someone's curious, they want to learn. It's nice when people help you learn by explaining, rather than being a dick.

  • @123samdog

    Let me get this straight:

    -You "made" a vaporizer.

-You made a video of the vaporizer you "made."

-However, you will NOT show us how you "made" the vaporizer?

The only conclusion I can draw is:

-You did NOT make the vaporizer.

  • Did you make a DIY camera too?

  • NICE!! how did you make the holes for the rods in the wood without drilling through the side of the box??

  • @laXer142 I did drill through the end of the box but one hole is where the slot is and i plugged the other hole with wood so it cant be seen now.

  • Hey 123Samdog,

I have a stainless steel mesh very very vine, I think it's #400 and a #325, so I wonder if any of them it's gonna work?, or what do you think about that.

    Thanks

  • @mojox666 I dont know what grade mesh i used, just use the finest and see if it works.

  • if you are thinking about making a knock off please dont, go out and pay the 120 and support magic flight. there a great company, they stand behind their product....lifetime warranty...i mean really what more can you ask for? a great product backed by a lifetime warranty and they honor it all the time...mf is a great company and we as a community should make it our business to support companies such as them....i dont work for mf im just a satisfied customer

  • @iamdaHrevolution LOL,that's like saying, please don't cook your own burger,go out and buy a big mac and support McDonald's.It's easy to give a lifetime warranty when they sell for a 100 times the production cost.

  • @123samdog how long does a burger last? lol! ever heard of apples & oranges?

its easy to give a lifetime warranty when you have an outsanding product! how many vape companies offer lifetime warranties? the LB pays for its self in a month or 2 i kid you not! you save so much on herb, it last longer, the herb taste delicious, what more can you ask for?

you wanna fuk over a company that actually delivers what they say they're gonna deliver and then some? what a douchebag! A WORKING VID PLEASE..

  • @iamdaHrevolution Who wants to fuck over a company ? lol.I just made 2 for my own entertainment because i saw one my mate bought and couldn't believe the price for something that costs less than 50 pence to make (minus the batteries and charger).I gave one away and iv kept the other but dont use it,im bored of making them now and wouldn't be interested in getting a real one for free,id much rather smoke a joint or set fire to it some other way .the warranty is only good while the company exists

  • If you look i have a video of my other one working but what right do you have to ask me for a working vid ? I dont give a fuck what anyone thinks.I made this video and uploaded it to youtube,as an easy way for me to show it to a friend,im not claiming or offering anything,it's just a video, what you see is what you get and nothing more.

  • @123samdog Faggot why don't you post a video on how to make one?

  • @whdunkley789 Because i can;t be bothered and i only have a phone as a camera,no one to hold it,also it takes about 2 hours to make and i don't know how to edit videos to fit it under 10 mins or whatever the limit is.It's simple to make,so if you need a video and instruction, you probably couldn't make one that works.I just looked at a few pics online and made one.

  • @123samdog I already ordered one yesterday. But you should get a camera and show people how to make one. Seriously. There company is ripping people off.

  • @whdunkley789

just shut the fuck up. the guy who made the video is right, if you can't figure out how it works just by looking at a couple diagrams, then give up now. people like you who don't know the difference between their and there don't deserve a cheap MFLB. in fact stop smoking weed all together you're the reason it's still illegal. fuck you

  • @iamdaHrevolution What you should be taking away from this video is how simple and cheap it is to make, and selling it for $120 is a complete rip off. Made in bulk the cost price is prob $5, when not including labour costs to assemble.

China should make a knock off and sell it for a reasonable price, not a greedy price.

  • @eveningniteshade how simple was it? where is there video where its working? i havent seen any vapor. QUALITY! btw i only payed 85 bucks for my LB thanks to my fuckcumbustion coupon lol and i have a product for life. screen breaks they send me a new one, lid breaks they send me a new one lol.

if china made knock offs they would be made with inferior materials as they are all about the bottom line. people that make knock offs dont care about OUR health, we inhale it, it affects us....get it?

  • @iamdaHrevolution type into wikipedia 'glow plug' It's a little piece of wire that gets very hot to ignite RC aircraft motors etc. All it needs is a single rechargable battery to heat it.

That's what this is, The foil is connected to the glow plug, and 2 wires connect to the rechargable battery you insert. Ok so there's the plastic door and the glass tube as well as teh cost of the batteries and the charger. So it/s worth more than the $5 i said but asking $120 is a bit much.

  • @iamdaHrevolution No you don't get it because your offering strawman arguments. It wasn't made in some Chinese sweat shop where health isn't a concern. HE MADE IT. He knows what it's made of and how it's heating the product. Wood+Glass+Heat, it REALLY IS pretty simple to choose SAFE materials.

  • @iamdaHrevolution I agree........DOT DOT DOT......when they ask a reasonable 20 bucks for it. @$20 they probably triple their production cost. $120 is robbery. No, we won't. Now see Sam's awesome hamburger comment again for me please O.o

  • Hey dood,

Can you make a PDF or a DOCX with your instructions for the making of this little beauty?

    Thanks from Mexico

    Mojox

  • howcome you only need the positive side of a batary?

can you make an instructional video?

  • @DeManMetDeMening You need both and no to the video.

  • show us a tutoriaL!!! or atleast material list

  • @ilovethisvideo741 Can't be bothered,i only uploaded this video to show someone i know the box.

  • Guys, you always curse the Chinese for copying good design. I'm really surprised that you do the same now. The original is not that expensive and well crafted.

  • @dutchpot Me making 2 homemade vaporizers just to see what they are like to use and giving them away.Does not mean the UK have started filling shipping containers with fake shit and sending it round the world to risk peoples lives.I wouldn't call the original cheap either,it wouldn't look out of place in a pound shop.

  • What temp does it heat up to? And what size is the mesh and the trench whole? And how longs is your wood box?

  • How did you process the wood? CNC?

And if you dont mind, do you have schematics of circuit =)?

  • @PeRcpiskot CNC lol, i used a cordless drill a chops saw a chisel and sand paper."schematics of circuit" don't know what that means. It's just 2 rods connected by the mesh and then the battery,it's dead simple.

  • @123samdog what kind of mesh is that, can you get it at home depot? how do you shape a it to make a trench?

  • Circuit of this?

    Step by Step?

blog something to do it by my self

    Please :D

  • how bout selling me one man?

  • Hi Mate,

Good job. How did you attach the screen to the welding rods if you don't mind me asking?

    Cheers,

    Mark

  • @marks1737 I just make the rods a tight fit,so i have to force them in over the mesh doubled over at the edge and the pressure clamps it between the wood and the rods.
