i cant sync my zune with music from windows

I have 120 zune cannot turn it off keeps going back to video????tried holding down and back tried holding play pause button I dunno man just got it trying to figure it out Im on the verge of returning this thing.help please.

Press and hold the left button while also pressing upward on the control pad. That will reboot the Zune. After it's rebooted, try pressing and holding the play button and see if that puts it into sleep mode.

@ThoughtsMedia how do i sync video to it. and im just talking about doing it with the wire not wireless sync. but i have a movie saved on my comoputer that id like to put on my zune. when i get on the zune software i can't find it. help please

how long does it take to charge a zune

It depends on how depleted the battery is, but in general a couple of hours. I haven't tested that though, it's just a guess.

Hey man i just got a 30g Zune andi went to the website to download the software and it says microsoft can process it right now so i cant sync my zune help please

Sounds like you're going to the wrong place - you don't need to sign in or do anything. There's a download link right on the home page...

First charge Will take Three hours.

After that only two hours for a full charge.

Anyone with problems please check the Pamplet that came with the unit.

There is a simple step by step process that will get you on your way.

i have no idea how to use zune.. i have songs in my playlist but dont know how to sync them onto my zune...helpppp!!

You can either drag and drop the playlist onto your Zune, or right click on the playlist and select the "Sync With [Zunename]". Or you can just drag and drop albums onto the Zune - you don't need to use play lists if you don't want to.

do u need a zune dock to connect ur zune into the zune v2 spftware..cuz when i connect the zune using usb cord it doesnt work

Thanks for your videos! Very good to see the software works this well! I use Sonicstage for my Sony walkman now, it's not superb but I'm used to it. Having problems with metadata though....

But I'm thinking to buy a Zune 80 in summer, Just want to know that also software is an improvement.

Can you tell me please how you use Mediamonkey to arrange your metadata quickly for a big music library??

to connect to your computer you use the included sync cables so what is the dock for? to charge it?

Yes - the dock and the cable do the same thing, but the dock is easier and faster to use.

ok help. i love the new zune but all my music is on an external but only itunes manages to find all of it. WMP only god have and half of what it got has no artist. can the zune sofware be compatable?

It sounds like your song metadata is seriously screwed up - though iTunes should correct it it can see it all. Download Mediamonkey and fix your metadata.

If 200 are unknown, it means you need to fix your metadata. Download MediaMonkey. You realize of course that if you ripped music off CDs you owned, you wouldn't have this problem. ;-)

hey i just had regular zune software i think its 1.2 and i could easily get my limewire songs to convert to it by just finding where the song was in my computer , then going open with zune and then i could find it in zune and add it to my zune, now i have the newest version of zune and now when i open the song with zune it will actually play the song in zune but i cant find it in my collection/ library so i can add it to my zune device... PLEEASE HELP

If the Zune software is playing the song, it must be in the library - if it's not, add your Limewire download folder to the watched folders in the Zune software (look in options).
