Everyone who has ridden a motorcycle before would know that it's mph, but I'll try to explain it in a more technical way:

The shown GSX-R 1000 K1/2 has a top speed of 290 kmh (~180 mph), which can be hit even faster when riding downhill. Beside that, the bike can hit 140 kmh (~87 mph) at full revs in first gear. Check some other videos.

No, pretty sure it's MPH. Look at his RPM's at the top of 5th gear - he's not even indicating over 200. Less than 200KM/h (~124MPH) at over 10 grand in 5th gear would be ridiculously short gearing.

No artizz, the Hyabusa is the fastest bike out there. 190 MPH, well yeah after you take the limiter out its 340KM/H (about 190-200) but the Hyabusa will go faster, I've seen a guy take his Hyabusa out on an airstrip. Got it up to 225 MPH. He slowed right down though, because 1 slip and he's dead, no gear will save you from that
