@mrmusicmandg Sorry, but she sounds worse than Zinka Milanov in the 1960 Mitropoulos-conducted broadcast of this same opera - and she sings more off-pitch and with a shriller, more "wobbly" tone than Miss Milanov in that broadcast, too!!!! And Guarrera in that broadcast brings the necessary BARITONAL hue to this role that Domingo, great artist that he IS, just doesn't have. All in all, a BIG mistake for the Met.....

He dosen't sound like an Italian baritone . ? he sounds like the tenor Placido Domingo ? He dosen't act fatherly. Get rid of this bum.
