  • Did u know that inglot is produced in its own factory in Poland and nowhere else compering to other companies which make their products in namless factories god knows where. Also the company has been on the market for 25 years and only recently grew to become mac competitor.

  • WOW ok the magnet tip is genius!

  • Is Inglot hypoallergenic?

  • i think inglot is priced fairly for such a high quality shadow!

  • I use EU Inglot eye shadows ALL THE TIME and there is no single chalky or patchy one amongst them o.O

  • The palette can be found on the website in the Freedom System section under Palettes. You Then customize your palette any way you'd like. It doesn't have to be all matte shadows. Because it's "Black Friday" there's a small discount on all products plus free shipping I believe. How long it'll last, not sure.

  • i recomend foundations by inglot :-)

  • @Unflaumig what one would u reccommend for oily skins? :S i dont understand the difference between the foundations on their website lol

  • @TheCherrytouch for oily skin with problems in T area they reccomend YSM Cream Foundation and YSM Pressed Powder (it doesn't offer full coverage, so if you need something on red spots Cream Powder will be much better). They also offer Oil Blotting Sheets :-)

  • Are they still selling this palette? Can't find it on the website.

  • you can take out the shadows from their place with the magnet on the top..

  • On the 40 color Neutral palette. Can I buy it exactly the way you show it in the video? Plus the older 17 colors

    .

  • On the 40 color Neutral palette. Can I buy it exactly the way you show it in the video?

  • I loooove Enkore

  • Yes, Some Illamasqua products say "EU only" they are often very vibrant colours. I notice on the Inglot site that there's no order online for UK :/ I guess I have to go all the way to London.

  • I went to the inglot site again today to order more squares and the price has gone up again (US site) it used to be $4.24 if you bought 5 or more and now it's up to $5 each. Why do they keep raising the prices? This sort of made me realize that I can't stick with one brand for all my makeup needs especially when they don't have certain colors that I really want like reds.

  • My friend is going to poland for a month.I was wondering is it cheaper to have her buy inglot over there than here in ny???

  • I loved this so much!

  • I wanted to know if there was a way that u had to contact inglot. i have emailed them 4 times and have heard nothing from them. I bought my neautral 40 pallete at imats but was not given the chance to pick shadows for the missing slots like other people were able to . Im not sure if it has to due with how crazy it was on st at their booth but i want to et what i payed for. inglot customer service has not contacted me. IM very upset and dissapointed .

  • I cant find where to get this palette

  • Can you please make a video or blog on MAC's dupes in Ingot. I have to say that I've already found some dupes like: 351-Vanilla , 353-Brule, 390-Cork.

I love Inglot eyeshadows, they are much more accessible in my country ( I live in Poland) and they are much cheaper. I usually buy round refills which are the same size and weight as the MAC's ones but they are 5 times cheaper. What's more I discovered that MAC's matte eyeshadows are less pigmented than the Inglot ones. That was a disappointment.

  • If you would like to compare the quality of US-sold INGLOT shadows and the shadows sold on the European market, let me know. I would be happy to help and provide you with the shadows sold here, i.e. in Poland.

  • I just went to the store in Fashion Island and they had the complete matte collection. Yeah! These are definitely better than my favorite NARS / Dior eye shadows. Considering how much those cost, Inglot is a super bargain! I bought 3 palettes, 7 polishes, brushes, mascaras, liners, blushes and face powder products and the bill was the same as buying 4-5 items at the Dior counter! I bought Inglot from EU yrs ago- my new version seems to have less fall out when applied so there is a difference!

  • i just recently found you, and may I say I just LOVE you! Your presentations are great... informative and fun. Thank you so much---

  • i love your hat :)

  • Koren, it's hearsay not heresay :) x

  • i thought i was gonna have to order online from them since the nearest inglot store was in newport beach (5 hours away). but i went on vacation to so.cal and convinced my dad to take me. i bought the 10 freedom system palette and fell in love! then 3 weeks later i went to Las Vegas and bought another 10 eyeshadow palette. haha who would have thought i would have went to one store let alone two? :D

  • its not on the website because i just checked. i live upstate but about an hour from the store. could you let your viewers know like an update when its available?

  • Awesome...Can't wait to get mine!!! xoxoxo

  • it is sad that it is a polish brand and there are almost none of these matte eyeshadows available over here in poland :/

  • korennnnn! always enjoy these informative videos! cant wait to see ya again later this month!! xox

  • Are they actually launching there palettes with those specific colours in them?

  • Do you have to purchase the eye shadows separately or are the colors included? How much is the palette?

  • hmmm...i have some eyeshadows that i got in Poland and they are great, not chalky at all. i can't compare to the eyeshadows sold by them in the US

  • Nice palet but nothing special. I also boycotted Inglot after they raised their prices, it's crazy.

Haha Koren, love your hat. Looks like you're going on a fishingtrip.

  • You have the most wonderful personality!!!

  • OMG! I just love neutral colors for eyeshadows. But I haven't got a lot. :(

Could I have that? :)))) LOL!

    It so pretty.

  • inglot is amazing!!!!! in australia its often cheaper than brands like revlon and its a third or less of the price of mac. stop whining.

  • Will these palette launch in london too?

  • @BellaPurpelystar you had to turn this off but you had time to write a rude comment??

  • @WolfClan0620 thanks, i completely forgot to look in the info bar... >.<

  • Those are so gorgeous! I love the browns and coral colors. Droool. Thanks for doing this review. The swatches look amazing also. :)

  • i suggest buying inglot in poland :) it's cheaper here ^^

  • Uh.. half the colors look the same.

Not worth the hype or the money.

  • Anyone knows the retail price of this palette in the UK?

  • whoaaa i live in vancouver and my friend studies in montreal and i asked her to check out the inglot 40 matte colour palette for me and she told me it retails for $300. HOLY CRAP $300 for 40 colours? i mean sure it looks great and all the colours are nice but shouldn't buying more colours = cheaper price? and considering the strength of the canadian dollar i think it's ridiculous how we have to pay a premium for everything up here =(

  • @softalpenglow I know right, like mac is a CANADIAN brand and we pay more than in the states, it drives me bananas, but oh well, Inglot is fantastic and worth every single penny

  • @evasmakeupdiary

MAC Cosmetics is now owned by Estee Lauder --Sorry!

  • @MsFarzee Ah thats why it is more expensive. What I mean is that MAC was originally canadian and now we pay more here than in the states, which really sucks

  • @softalpenglow In australia we would pay over 400 and our dollar is stronger than the USD atm.

  • @softalpenglow haha you think you have it bad... in Australia its $440 for the 40 colours.. -_- gotta get a couple colours every couple weeks :(

  • @softalpenglow

Why should it be cheaper? It's not a wholesale store. Besides, the big pallets and big refills are rather meant for professional use, so they probably expect people to use them all. Anyway, why buy 40 matte palette if not for a professional use? If you want some for yourself you may just pick and mix whatever you want on a palette of your choice.

  • @softalpenglow At MAC 200 dollars will buy you 15 color pallette. INGLOT is giving people high quality for better prices.

  • i want i want i want!!

  • BTW aren't you supposed to go to the store and fill in your empty ones? That's what another MUA who went to the Makeup Show said...

  • I love your demo of how to get the shadow on the brush. Thank you so much!

  • LOVL...is that my consolation prize from the DC class??

  • It would be much appreciated if you would compare MAC shadows to the Inglot ones. Much like how you did it with the Coastal Scents one a long time ago. I have no access to an Inglot store and would only be able to really appreciate the colors if they were compared to the MAC counterpart. Many thanks!!!

  • There hasn't been a price hike here in the US. Still $95 for a 20 full 20 palette! Great price for that many high quality eyeshadows. I love them!!

  • @kobechase It really is quite absurd though, Australia has had INGLOT for years, and yet the price of our 10 palette is the same price of your 20 palette... I shudder to think of what the power of 40 matte palettes will retail at, I imagine somewhere between the 300-400 mark, considering our 20 is $185.

  • I've been wanting to try INGLOT. But I think I'm going to have to pass on this palette

  • since u already bought the palette, but some shadows r missing is inglot going to send u the missing shadows that belong in the palette or do u need to buy/order them??

  • I'm sorry if you said it in the video and I missed it, but what are these going to cost? Because I see quite a few comments complaining these will be expensive...but I just bought two 10 palettes online and they were about $5 each color with the palette. Which is pretty good. I would imagine this is priced similarly. If this palette is less than $200 I'd say that's a good price. What is the price? Thank you!

  • @xevilsuziex I think they are $90 per palette. I'd have to look back on the website but they used to be half of that, but that's still cheaper than a MAC palette. :-D

  • Hm. It seems like having a palette of 40 neutral colors is overkill. If you go and see the swatches on his blog, a lot of them are almost identical. And especially for how expensive these palettes are/are going to be, I feel like just buy yourself an Urban Decay Naked palette and call it a day.

  • how much did this range around? the palette?

  • wow i loved how you did the swatches for these shades on your blog. thanks for sharing. now i know for sure what shades i want to try.

  • I love your fish hat :)

  • Hey Koren! It's because of you that I fell in love with Inglot. When you uploaded the NYC Inglot tour, Inglot wasn't very popular on youtube. It was a struggle but I managed to get my hands on some in Canada and Las Vegas. It's weird seeing it popping up all over the place now.

I know there have been rumors about a price hike. I actually talked to one of the girls at an Inglot store and she said Inglot was going to raise the prices but as of now, there aren't really any plans to do so.

  • OMG I really want that pallete D:

  • EU has more strict regulations on ingredients than USA; hence the difference in formulations.

  • Thanks 4 the info. Several months ago U did a haul video (March) about the Ben Nye Mojave Series Matte Foundation Palette 4 WOC. RU still planning on doing a review on that palette? Also during the Ben Nye factory tour the samples U received; will U be including some of them N that video? I remember U saying some of the samples were still N the trial process. The samples were from the Ben Nye Pro theatre N film kits. The dark powders I was really interesting N for WOC. Thank U in advance.

  • thanks for the tip on brushing loose products and the magnet, awesome! I'm attending your class Beautiful Eye Make-up: One Brush Stroke at a Time on June 26th.

  • How much for this palette at the makeup show??

  • The prices just evened out with Europe's Inglots. Now you see how much more Europeans have to pay for make-up.

  • Your Mom sounds sooo cute (:

I just HAD to have some Inglot shadows and now I can't get the company to answer my e-mail messages...oh, well, they must be busy.

Thanks for all your reviews on this product, it really is a wonderful, affordable makeup.

  • Hi Koren! I'm a newbie here in your channel.. i think you're so brilliant and smart!

Talking about Inglot... Do u know if there's a website to buy those shadows? unfotunately there isn't a store where I live, I'd like to try this shadows out but I don't know where to buy them.

  • @oOAbbeyOoO he posted the link in the information bar...hope this helps (:

  • What is ur vlogs channels name?

  • Love your idea on those magnet to lift the shadows off!

  • There hasn't been a new Enkorrine video lately! D:

  • Thanks! Awesome! You rock!

  • Thanks for you review! I hope the matte shadows come to South Africa soon :)

  • Fantastic video Koren, so informative. I've done some videos showing swatches and how they apply with a brush and I'm in the UK, but I got one palette from the UK and one from Poland. I love the pearl finish and the pay off of the colours are outstanding, I also showed the same issue with the powdery surface when you touch a brush to the matte shadows, so it seems they are similar quality this side of the pond...

  • Brilliant on the magnets! :)

  • i love koren !

  • what camera do you use?!

  • Despite all the people here jumping on the YT Inglot band wagon, the company's outrageous price hike recently is not justified.

There are plenty of other less expensive brands that are comparable in quality and although I own a couple of Inglot shadows which were received as a gift, I won't be lining the corporate pockets of Inglot who must be snickering behind their hands at the gullibility of some people.

  • @aussiedonna50 even though there was a price hike, they r still VERY good value and especially compared 2 mac, muf, etc. and for the quality its pretty good.

  • @10jaynim I disagree but to each their own :)

  • @aussiedonna50

I totally agree with you. The 60% hike by Inglot a few months back is a kick in the teeth to all who used to buy their products. I got some Inglot at IMATS London and wondered why the price at the show was not the usual good value. I assumed they put it up a bit for the show. I didn't know at the time they hiked it up by 60% and then took off a discount for the IMATS show. I've not touched anything Inglot since then.

  • @aussiedonna50 this is how business works they raised the prices because they were becoming VERY popular so they raised the prices and its still a deal its not like they raised it to mac prices

  • @BrighterThanYours I am a Business Analyst, I understand "how business works". If as you say, Inglot raised their prices because they became popular, they will have a very limited corporate life.

  • @aussiedonna50 people are still buying from i know i will and there wasn't even that much of a change they saw that people saw quality and they must have felt like their product was worth more so they raised wouldn't you do the same thing?

  • @aussiedonna50 What would you suggest is the reason for them to raise their prices? im genuinely interested in knowing

  • @Limster17 because making cosmetics and packaging can be expensive and if they are in higher demand, then they may spend more money especially on the packaging, hence the need to raise prices. I make cosmetics myself and am finding out how expensive nice packaging is. :-D

  • @aussiedonna50 Oh yes, because companies like MAC and Clinique don't have an insane profit margin or anything. Inglot is giving us about twice the product for less than half the price...even after their price increases.

  • @xevilsuziex I agree considering Estee Lauder owns both companies and several other high end companies that charge outrageous prices for makeup. It all comes down to whether or not you want to pay the price. I'm one of those that will pay the price if I love the product and wont' if I don't. lol. :-D

  • @makeupismypassion31 Inglot is not owned by Estee Lauder, it's still a independent company owned by Wojciech Inglot a Polish chemist and businessman who found the campany in the late 1980s.

  • @mobaker1982 I never said Inglot was owned by Estee Lauder. I said Mac and Clinique were owned by Estee Lauder.

  • @makeupismypassion31 oh, sorry! It can be quite confusing with comments on youtube, as I couldn't see the actual comment you responded to

  • @mobaker1982 No problem hon! :-D

  • @aussiedonna50 I'm no business analyst, but not dumb to business either. Often times, higher prices give the consumer perceived value. Make something more expensive and it just might sell better.

  • @aussiedonna50 what might these other comparable brands be? i'd loveto look into them!

  • @aussiedonna50 I agree with the price thing but I havent found a brand yet thats less expensive with comparable quality. Even with the price hike, they're still worth it.!

  • @aussiedonna50 business will be business

  • @aussiedonna50 I think they're still a lot less expensive than other comparable brands. Especially those with the likes of MAC, which, outside the states, is crazy expensive when even thinking about filling out a palette.

In fact, it wouldn't be a reach to say that Inglot shadows are better than MAC in pigmentation. So they're definitely worth it. I don't think it's purely just a band wagon effect they have going on for them. Maybe they're just lucky to have started out with YT behind them

    =)

  • @aussiedonna50 i have heard this everywhere n i agree, i went online n bam! the price was too much for me....tho i will be gettin for a much cheaper price this month at IMATS, still i dnt think i will buying nemore after that or until the next IMATS rolls out

  • @aussiedonna50 I bought from Inglot a few weeks ago. I got 10 eyeshadow and the empty palette. I paid $45 and that includes the shipping. I think that is an excellent price considering if I bought 10 Mac eyeshadows I would have paid $111 and that does not include a palette. The more you buy from Inglot the less you pay. In my opinion the quality of Inglot eyeshadow is way better than the Mac eyeshadow. They were worth every penny I paid!!

  • @heatherkelley1 agree with u..i also own a inglot 10 eyeshadow palette..they are way way better than mac!

  • @heatherkelley1 I totally agree with you!

  • @heatherkelley1 It sounds like they dropped the price by $5! I bought my 10 square palette in store for $50 back in January I think. I definitely agree with what you say though! =)

  • @aussiedonna50 Well said

  • @aussiedonna50 It's a shame that things are more expensive in AUS and they still raised the price for you folks and the UK. Didn't they stop the price increase in the US due to people complaining? At least that's what I thought from a few months ago. Maybe I've been out of the Inglot loop for too long...

  • @aussiedonna50 LOL, corporate pockets?! It's a family business, they've been around since early '80s. They just launched their stores in US, and believe me, those 2000 km between Las Vegas and Przemyśl (where the actual Inglot factory is) is not really close. So don't be surpised that prices go higher when the costs of transport are outrageous...

  • @aussiedonna50 PS: if you don't like US prices for Inglot, you can always but it from Poland for ~3-3,5$ per eyeshadow or ~35$ for 10 freedom system palette. Plus shipping. And that will be double the price of Inglot's pallete. Still complaining?

  • @babib11 I'm not complaining at all, I don't buy Inglot products. By the way, before you shoot your mouth off and make a fool of yourself again, you will see what I was talking about if you look at the prices in Australia.

You can see by my name that I am not in the US and I have no idea what you are quoting US prices at me for. Next time you try and jump on the band wagon, make sure you don't fall short again and land mouth first in the mud.

  • @aussiedonna50 Why so mean? Perhaps you should use a bit of logic here (it doesn't hurt): there's no big difference between US and AU in this context. Still FAR AWAY. Really.

Why US prices? Thought that it would tell you something if I wrote prices in US $ rather than PLN. Well, I hope you know how to use a calulator?

  • so happy with inglot. got my 40 palette this saturday and im loving it. got so confused with choosing the colors cause there are so many beautiful colors and i want them all in my palette lol

  • What you said about applying eye color to the brush, is that true for all their shadows? Do you do that for any Urban decay, Mac, or Too Faced shadows?

  • @shalar01 I have a few of MAC eyeshadows and it happens to brule and cork. Same thing for the neutral palette from UD.

  • I love INGLOT and already have five 10-pan square shadows. Most of them are colored shadows. It is a bit disappointing INGLOT doesn't have a good selection of matte warm (medium to dark) browns. The 40-pan and the existing shades look really cool toned or lean too neutral for me.

  • Comment removed

  • @misstwatlight he is not wearing any...

  • The Australian eye shadows are very pigmented and easy to blend.

  • how do these inglot shadows compare to the BH 120 palettes?

  • @sunisky there is no way to compare it - you can compare inglot to mac or BN - not BH ;]

  • @sunisky they r wayyyyy better!

  • the most pigmented is AMC colection, we have also, shine, duble sparkel, matrix, vertigo, matt, perl, and much more - I know Inglot for years :) I am from Poland :) best regards

  • I wonder if Inglot will come out with palettes that feature other finishes.

  • There's a mr.inglot?

  • @sarahunicornxx Yes there's a mr. Inglot. He is the Polish inventor of the formulas, he's the man behind the brand, so to speak, that's why the brand carries his last name!

  • @Henwen24 mr Inglot is owner of Inglot company

  • @sarahunicornxx yes the owner

  • Thanks!!!!!

  • That palette is gorgeous! I might have to start putting some coins in my piggy bank for that one.

  • I love Inglot's neutral colours.

  • i love inglot but i really only wear nudes so i am so excited you made a video on the neutral one :D

  • Awesomeee

  • Yes! I've been waiting for this review. Thank you!

  • I really like that palette

  • Love your videos :D
