I hate it when people waste their second perk!

SP helps the UMP to a 2-hit-kill to about the distance of the kill at 4:14, so it is basically wasteful on the UMP.

I know you used it for the 1-burst-kill on the Rafficas, but the UMP is your main gun - use the perk that helps it the most (Lightweight or Cold-Blooded!)

And the SCAR-H has the most-commonly-chosen Iron Sights in the game. Try teh Silencerz!!
