Does your mother receive social security? If not, why didn't she apply for half of her husband's benefit...it's legal....Congress says they do not receive social security benefits and that's why they have to give themselves such a big pension, yet they all apply for half of their spouses social security benefits.....and get it......it's a secret too....even non-citizens can apply for half of their working husband's or wife's social security benefit. Wonder why we are going down?
