there's a nasty cult sense to this. emperor's new clothes. it's quite true that good will is the answer to all our problems but while that is immensely important, that doesn't give them carte blanche to claim anything. what scientific theory of theirs of God have they produced? has it enabled them to point out God? to measure God? to hear God say these people are invisible cloth weavers.

Russell did give a deep scientific explanation of the Creator, in a dozen or more books and taught with lectures for most of his life. The money came from his hard work as a famous artist and sculptor.
