Amputee Chat - How do You Put a Prosthetic Leg On?

Trying to help a client I can't get pin to engage and he has been in bed so long is there a spot where I should be putting rubber part with pin . Please help. Thank you

@anthonykingatl After the initial amputation the stump fills with fluid and is quite swollen. Not to mention after a while atrophy occurs. So the stump is always changing. So the ply socks you see me putting on help the prosthetic fit better. Because I was measured for the prosthetic about two months ago. Two months ago the stump was huge compared to today.

@tangoseal1 I'm supposed to go see the doctor who took my leg tomorrow. I know he took pictures because I had such a rare vascular condition. I'll see if I can get a copy and make a video.
